The world is in turmoil. Crime rates are at an all time high and after a recent attack by Darkseid which resulted in the deaths of many superheroes, less and less crime is being dealt with. Amanda "The Wall" Waller has devised a plan to sort out this increasing crime rate. After much pestering of the government and various heroes such as Batman who did not agree with the plan, her solution to the problem has finally been put into action. A team comprised of captured villains. Suited with a devise that can kill each and every one of them with the flip of a switch. They are forced to eliminate crime anywhere they are sent.
That's basically the idea. A rule that I will enforce;; While you can use canon characters from Marvel or DC, you must reimagine/edit them in some form or fashion, be it their backstory, appearance, or otherwise - but it must make sense. They must stay true to their original form in some way. For example, The Joker couldn't be a super serious guy who never makes jokes and is essentially Batman. Superman just can't be a villain, yo. It just won't work. Don't try it please. He's too much of a pure cinnamon bun that's too good for this world. Batman is off-limits because he disagreed with Amanda, so I'm sorry about that. He might be a future problem for the Suicide Squad, anyways. That's basically it. Anyone interested?
Please keep your character moderately low powered, as this isn't a dick-measuring contest. If they have surpreme control over fire, they wouldn't be a master martial artist. Basically, keep it balanced, and use common sense. Remember, canons and OCs are both allowed, but remember to read the above paragraphs.
