We are at the point in time where most soldiers still wear armor, there are no mechanized factories, gun based or otherwise. Giant magic cannons are probably fine, however even with a savant designer there are limits to gun feasibility.

@Dead Cruiser That will probably be alright. Despite the advanced time period the point has been made that guns are new, not over 300 years old like our world in the 1800's.

Though I will mention that Elsa, the little robot girl, is absolutely packed with guns. She carries two pistol-tonfas, has a machine gun in each arm, and hauls around a huge anti-magic cannon, "Dig Me No Grave."


Firstly: *facepalm*

Secondly: Despite being high fantasy we do strain for a level of realism, the machine gun arms will either have external ammo attachments like normal or a small internal magazine.

Thirdly: *double-facepalm* That is so anime it burns.

Fourthly: Pistols are probably fine, as for the anti-magic cannon... My first instict is to say no... my second instinct is also to say no... My begrudging answer is that it would operate as a large hand cannon would and since it is anti-magic it can't be magically enhanced in other ways.

Fifthly: *Uuuuuuuuuuuuuultra-facepalm*

The only character I know with guns embedded into their arms is 400+ years in the future after everything's gone to shit. Not revealing anything, 'cause it'd be spoileeers. :V

Anti-magic cannon? No-ish, antimagic does exist with Gods, Old Gods and an upcoming thing... but cannons?

The Order of the Innocent Blade, can make mechanical Gods hundreds of meters high - can't build most guns.

Also fighting extra terrestrial crap? When do we have aliens now? I am actually introducing aliens in a while... but they have no technology aside from a few magic properties.

@Carnevile The anti-magic cannon is just an overly flavor texted version of a wand on dispel magic then. Machine gun arms are depends on the type of machine gun I would think, like what if it was setup Organ-gun style?

Your stuff would fit perfectly in another roleplay of mine set after another God War 400 years after the CoTD. Futuristic stuff and whatnot, but this roleplay... the most advanced thing we have is a mechanical dragon, which is still in development.

Change the cyborgs, change the giant machines, we will change ALOT of things when I get back on Saturday. I'm gonna help change them with you, and If you're reluctant to do so, get out.

Here's an example for a change to make it compatible, changing these Mechanical Gods to Behemoths that are armed to the teeth with armour, weaponry and whatnot, that'll piss me off less than giant mecha monsters.

Secondly, I had an extremely busy schedule when posting this, hence why the Lore itself isn't fully finished, as well as having to skim read everything including applications. I have to do all my work on an iPad.

@Dead Cruiser You only ever received direct approval from Carnevile in the interest check to write up a application for your faction which would use "mechanical gods". Nothing else was ever given approval. While there are over eight pages at this point during which we have argued the countless points of the Lore and proposed faction you didn't even get a post telling you to post for this RP, you posted directly after Carnevile gave the general go ahead. Your argument that "I submitted all of this, and you accepted it" is without merit.

If we are done stealing the joy from my life I have a heart to bury.

@Dead Cruiser Then get out, I won't have some fuckwit with overpowered shite running rampant. And wow you're really not listening, no wonder you're being removed, and yes, I do admit i didn't read fully through your long ass application, but as I've said thousands of times over. I have been heavily occupied the last week, and will be until this Saturday. now does that get through to your thick skull or do I have to use 6 inch nails and ram them through?
