Hey, not much thought has really been put into this. Due to my excitement for Fallout 4, I decided that I wanted to do an RP relating to Fallout, although I don't really have much creativity at this moment, and my schedule is really poopy. So, come here to show interest and/or write the rp for mebrainstorm ideas.

Post-apocalyptic Moscow would be better. I can help you with the lore about Moscow where the surface cannot inhabit by humans but deadly humans roam the surface while the surviving humans are living in the Metro station but they are not unite due to factions fighting each other to unite Metro under their one banner.

I HATE the idea of Fallout in any place but The ol US of A, because a central facet of Fallout is Americana, which Moscow or Canada or Europe would lack.

No, I mean legitimately what you've just said is basically Metro. What with the numerous factions (Fourth Reich, Hansa, Polis, Red Line, etc) all fighting for territory within the metro along with having 'deadly humans' (Dark Ones) roaming the wastes. Along with the obvious Metro in russia.

Also, I agree with Tachyon. We don't know a huge amount about other countries in the Fallout universe so surely it would be better to stick to a location with a lot of information about it?

I'd honestly prefer sticking to america due to the fact that it has the most fleshed out lore. That being said, I'm digging the southern idea, I know of this other rp on a different site that took place in coastal Virginia and the new hazards and elements like constant rainstorms and flooding and civilization adapting to radioactive water and stuff was really interesting. Maybe we can do like a nomadic boat community that moves along the southern and maybe even western coast?

I was thinking, after the bombing Europe face's the radiation coming from the Nuke's that had fired on America. On how they reacted to America's destruction and also the effects of bombing. Or Canada...would be better...or a country near America.

I have a Fallout roleplay idea based in Alaska that has almost completely been fleshed out. I just didn't really know if there was any interest for something of the sort. If there actually is interest I could have something posted by this weekend, possibly sooner, and anyone interested could look it over.

I always wanted to see some Fallout stuff in Europe.
With Vaults, and FEV, and other stuff...mixed with post-nuclear Catholicism and national issues. Knights Templar instead of of BoS, anyone? Ghoul holocaust, anyone? German neo-Nazis, anyone? Post nuclear EU as new Enclave? Real new Roman Empire, not that Caesar Legion wannabes, anyone? Ancient ruins mixed with modern ruins, anyone?

SO MUCH potential.
