Whix nodded, but was still worried...

Avery was chained to the wall, covered in a bunch of different wounds and bruises. A man walked into the stone cold room and said "You don't need to be going thru this...all you have to tell us is just one little thing...what is the code?" Avery didn't even look up, blood dripping from her mouth. He sighed and siad "Stubborn...brave but stubborn..."

The Doctor noticed the TARDIS had picked up some sort of trouble "Ah you clever girl" He praised the ship. He then plugged in the direction and started up the ship. He looked at Whix "She detected somebody in trouble. I have a feeling its Avery."

"Oh yes , Its hard to get anything past this old girl," The Doctor said proudly. He followed in the direction the TARDIS picked up. He knew the TARDIS didn't seem to mind Whix either.
"She doesn't seem to mind you here, Think she quite likes it."

Whix looked a little surprised and said "Really? Well I'm glad"

A huge man hit Avery hard across the face, his bos standing behind him. "Now my dear you don't need to let this go on...your body is in pieces...almost evrything is broken...why not just tell me what the code is?" Avery raised her head slightly and said "I....will never...tell...you'll have to....kill me....first..." He sighed and then nodded to the man and he starting beating her up all over again.

The Doctor looked at him and nodded smiling "Normally she won't let others into her system," He confirmed. "But shes seemed fine with you." He landed the TARDIS where Avery was. He opened the doors and stepped out,

They were outside a what looked like a castle, and Whix ran a scan. "Earth, in the past...1940's. Around the time of WW2. I wonder what the boss is doing..." THen they heard screams inside. Blood chilling screams. Whix said "Boss..."

Avery cried out as the man touched her skin with a hot brand, the Nazi burning into her skin. She fought not to blast him awau from her. To stain the wall with his blood. But she had to keep her powers to herself. No matter what they did to her. He pulled the brand back and said "Your a tough girl...but you won't be for long..."

The Doctor's eyes narrowed darkly, He didn't like what was going on. He began to run, He nodded a bit. He walked into the castle and he had a serious look on his face. He was determined to free her.
" Let......... Her go,!!" His voice was firm and he looked quite defensive of her. He had his sonic screwdriver in his pocket encase he needed it. He wasn't going to resort to violence if he didn't have to.

The man turned to the doc, holding the brand in his hands. "And who might you be..." Avery looked up weakly, fighting not to pass out from the pain. She saw him and when their eyes met she shook her head. Don't tell him. Can't change history. Her head fell down again, coughing up blood as the man walked towards him. "I don't think your suppose to be in here, buddy..."

"Oh yeah? well you have a friend of mine." He sounded serious. He smirked a bit. "doesn't matter if you know who I am or not, all you need to know is I am somebody you shouldn't mess with."
He used his sonic screwdriver to break the chains holding her up.

Avery fell to her knees, shaking badly. The man raised an eyebrow and then pulled his pistol out and aimed it at him. "I think your out of your league..." Suddenly the man was gone. Avery threw him into the far wall, her eyes glowing red as she picked him up and said "you are done, you maggot...you won't hurt anyone else ever again..." She flicked her wrist and his pistol was in her hand and she cocked it, putting the barrel under his chin

The Doctor looked at the man "Oh I don't think so," He replied. He was looking at Avery and he was surprised she was able to do that so quickly. He was sure that she would need medical attention after.
He wasn't sure if she was done with her job either.

The man was scared now as bat wings appeared on Avery's back and Avery said "I am the angel of death, Kruger...and I'm here to put you out of business..." She pulled the trigger. And nothing happened. She put her lips to his ear and said " next time...you won't be lucky..." She dropped him to the ground and her scary form faded as she walked to the doc. She grabbed his arm and said "my energy burst won't last long...we need to leave right now..."

The Doctor nodded and helped her back to the TARDIS "How badly are you hurt?" he wanted to know all that happened really. He was surprised she even had that energy to fight back in the first place.

Her body was a mess. Her skin was covered in cuts and burns and bruises. Most of her bones were broken or cracked and she looked like she hadn't even in a while. Whix ran scans and said "oh boss....what happened to you..."

The Doctor looked at her injures, doing his best to fix her up a bit. He knew that she must have been badly beaten. "Oh Avery." He gets her some food when hes done tending to her wounds. "Did you get your job done after all that?'

Avery flinched and tried to sit up. "Yes....I got to my target....he needed to be stopped or....he would kill the man leading a group called the monument men...they saved sorts of art from hilter.....if he had gone on...he would have killed the man who started the movement..." She gasped, laying back down.
