UPDATE 3.0: Not really a role-call or anything. I just wanted to let everyone who showed interest in this RP know that the [Character Guidelines] are finally finished, and I am now accepting character submissions.

For the time being, I'll be focusing on updating [The Shoppe] and working on getting average prices of Summons available for your use. During the meantime, feel free to PM me with any and all questions. I'm sure I'll be able to answer to your satisfaction.

Also. BONUS PRIZE! Yup, anther one. This one goes to the player who submits the prettiest Character Skeleton for others to use! As always, it's an in game prize, purely optional, and there can only be one per player.

Random question, I couldn't really find an answer in the OP (though I probably overlooked it given its rather late) is the general, mundane public aware of all of these goings on with the Summoners?

The general, mundane public is not.

Most of the Secret Service and Big-Wig officials have a vague idea of what is going on, but don't know enough to actually lock down the Summoners. They're only really a match against the weaker Summoners, who don't know enough to be of any use.
