An order of empowered people has existed since ancient Greece, calling themselves the Olympians. Lead by the Kronos, a Mutant with the ability to reverse time, they have guided humanity for thousands of years.

A few hundred years ago, however, tragedy struck the Order when Kronos was killed in battle. The Order tried to rebuild itself, but, though Kronos's son Prometheus was a powerful Mutant, he wasn't a skilled leader and the Order started to fall apart. Then, a hundred years ago, during WWII, Aphrodite came up with the idea to breed a new leader from the mutants and empowered people that were starting to move into the public domain.

The idea is to set this in the 2040s in the Marvel movie universe. I'll need some help creating the Order of Olympus though, as well as working out the bloodlines, so if anyone wants to help, just post your suggestions here or PM me.

I'll also need help creating a plot. The one I came up with so far is that we were kidnapped so that they could test us to see if we can lead the group and/or use us for their breeding experiments.

Would they get all of his powers, some of them, or slowly gain them over time?

Also, do you want Apocalypse to be on the council? Maybe he could be Hades or, with his technopathy, maybe Hephaestus.

Edit2: Are they a descendant of Rouge? A variation of her powers could let them assimilate power of other mutants over time.

Hmmm, well, let's see, my character could have a great healing factor, survive Apocalyps'es blood transfusion and completely receive his powers.

If this is a god role play, Apocalypse isn't that powerful.

Well, the ancient people who didn't have powers considered them gods. Modern times, Xavier, Emma Frost, Ice Man are all strong enough in the movies to join them on the low end of the spectrum.
I've never really seen Apocalypse in action, though, so I'm not sure how strong he was. Can you give me some idea of what he can do?

He's stronger than the Hulk (Sometimes), even when the Hulk is somewhat enraged. His healing factor is almost as good as Dead Pool's (but he can die). . . He can grow to giant size, larger than sky scrapers, he has many telepathic powers and super intelligence. . . can fire lasers from his hands and eyes, and fly, and manipulate his molecular structure to have many powers.

Any two of those powers, or the ability to use one at a time and switch between them would be fine, or if they were weak and you had to develop them, but combined they create a being that could single-handedly slaughter the entirety of the Order. (Apocalypse could take them out unless they attacked him as a group, and even then they might not win.) Just with the three members of the order I've mentioned so far, you are beyond Ares in strength, can resist Aphrodite with your healing factor or possibly even intellect if you can will yourself not to fall for her. Your Healing is almost as good as Prometheus's, and you have the other powers to boot, so even he's not much of a challenge for you.

Also, there's the practical reason that they wouldn't kidnap someone so powerful because they wouldn't want to anger you or Apocalypse if he had a reason to want you.

If you could limit them somewhat then they'd be fine, but an Apocalypse clone is just too strong to fit the story as is.
