I was actually responsible for a TPK. As a GM. I didn't really notice that I had a penchant for drama until I remembered it recently.

@Zanavy At some convenient point in the festival, would you be happy for me to time-skip selling a bunch of my gemstones to the crowd? My character doesn't have any financial support other than her sales - I'm planning to use the money on medical supplies and any interesting options (held items, etc.) that happen to become available. Off-screening her arrival before the parade and starting the post as Seras wraps things up sounds convenient enough, but that depends on what happens in the IC :)

I made a small edit for timing. It's probably not important, because it's just to correct for how Germaine casually walked to the committee, meaning that Wells would never give him his verbal beatdown.

Don't worry, the change has already been made.

But the way, that was a cracking post - I'm not joking when I say this but I never intended any of this to escalate from what Germaine had done,but it's threw a curve for me and I'm loving it, unless anyone else is going to join in, I'll put up my post tomorrow evening as I'll be quite busy.

Expect a large post, and hopefully on that strikes the heart.

@Leos Klien It's nice to have conflict of characters, and I honestly am glad we have the cast that we do have. Germaine brings an interesting 'dark' character to the mix. If nothing comes of this little conflict now, I will honestly be eager to get around to the tournament just to read everyone elses posts.

@Zanavy I was wondering what your opinion would be if I wanted to create a second character? I wanted to add a couple of things into the mix like fixing the gender ratio, adding one of Germaines rivals and creating a less edgy character compared to the majority of characters we have (Kaze and Seras aside)

Maybe edgy isn't the term...

Most of the Male characters have an aura of being arrogant in their own way. David is arrogant as shit, he just doesn't like to see it that way. Can you see the similarity I'm talking about between the four characters?

But speaking of second characters I'd like to make one as well, namely Celebi, whom shall be female and considerably lighter than my current one.

@Leos Klien Celebi would be sooooo awesome. I'd imagine Kaze revering this person with a form of chivalry (given the ties between Suicune and Celebi in the fourth Pokemon movie)

Well, that was why I was thinking of making them. But adding them THIS second seems a little pre-mature. I'm gonna see what our GM has planned for the next couple of days and see how I can add her in from that point

I also became quite infamous for my TPK, and now I feel infamous again...
@EclipseDragonAlso, when you mentioned arrogance, my thought was that arrogance doesn't quite describe Wells. I'd say that he's just dependent on external validation, and really enjoys the limelight. He's more attention-craving?

@Thebastardbrasta I think I have the words to describe the characters now!

Less arrogant and more they have big personalities. All of our characters are the types to do there own thing, rather then follow someone. The fact the four of them are having a stand off at the moment shows that. I'm sorry if calling Wells 'edgy' offended, it was a poor choice of word on my part, I just couldn't describe them well enough.

And for the love of god, don't cause our characters to die one page in - we gotta keep the good looking characters around a little longer

Well the fact that we have this sort of tension and divides so early in shows that we all have very well crafted characters, there is a 4 way standoff between Regirock, Rayquaza, Darkrai and Giratina, I'd didnt anticipate this level of character development so early in, so it means we are doing it right :P

I would join in too and stand up for the screaming children, but I've already had my scene and Seras is frankly terrified at the moment - I'll wait and see what all the other characters do :P

@Ardent DawnThat crystal-selling idea might be a good thing to do over the next few hours in-RP, since there aren't any important scheduled events.

I'm hesitant to allow more than one character per person for multiple reasons. #1, I want newcomers to have as large a selection of legendaries as possible. #2, that's simply a whole lot of characters to keep track of and text to read, and I don't have that much time on my hands! The answer is no for now, but I might rethink it if people stop signing up and/or people drop out.
