First time posting a topic. Anyone who wants to use a OC to RP here is welcome. Simply put a quick form, (you don't need to go into depth or anything if you don't want to). A few quick things.

-PLEASE don't be too Over Powered. Drives me insane.
-Don't control other people's characters without granted permission. In my last RP that was a huge issue.
-Do whatever. I don't care.
