How about two Cipher grunts come and try to take the parts? Or is that plot kickstart too soon.

If so then maybe a Shadow Pokemon appears???

I'm tring to think of something...Maybe jumping in right away with two Cipher guys is a good idea. I think the old one might've lasted longer if we jumped in right away.

So one vote for the Cipher guys. Except obviously they wouldn't be in uniform. They're trying to keep a low profile. And Gateon port (And orre) isn't exactly the safest place so trying to be robbed isn't out there. Works out.

@AirBender What if 'Niel drove off the peons too and made himself look more innocent that way? Like how Greevil did with Zook? Except with this it's planned and Niel fakes not being able to catch the peons?

I think Cipher grunts is a good idea. I can control some of them as NPCs since I have an admin. And I don't think the admins will be attacking right away.

Niel seems to be the manipulative type. That's why I suggested it. It's just an expansion of the idea. Besides Lovrina is not only too full of herself to not make a huge deal but is already known.
