@Aisling "It is the Diagon Alley and the Knockturn Alley, yes, but they are a bit different from the books and movies, you'll see. They aren't hidden from 'muggles' - we don't even use that word -, and wands won't choose their owners. You can have a wand if you want to, but it's not necessary. Such things as wands and glass balls are used by witches and wizards to have a point they can concentrate on," Ioan explained.

"loan! The poor owl!" Mystique hurried over to the poor owl and spoke very softly in a reassuring voice.
"Don't worry little one. I'll make sure that you get the best medical attention....."

She lifted the owl out of the broken glass and looked at loan.
"What do we do next? There are some scratches but I don't think that they are very deep. There must be a reason why the owl crashed into the window."

@Aisling Ioan spoke a healing spell, and the owl hopped off and flew away. Then, Ioan repaired the window. "Sometimes, birds don't see the glass..."

@Aisling "Yeah, I know him..." Ioan smiled. "Probably the only person who dares to argue with Merlin. What was his name? Archimedes? I've never seen an owl like this one. I don't know whether this is good or bad. On the one hand, owls like him would be interesting partners in conversation, but..." He laughed. "On the other hand, I'd be pretty pissed if I had to be someone who knows everything better than me 24/7."

"Perhaps there is a mechanical dragon. Fiona has always wanted a real dragon and I like dragons a lot too. I figured that if there were any that were the right size for pets, Diagon Alley would be the best place to look for one at."
