Ioan was the first one to arrive. He saw Dracula and Vladislaus at the other end of the stairs and levitated down to them.

Mystique was whisked away before she could say anything. She was still in her nightclothes and was a bit embarrassed about being in a public place in nightclothes. She simply stood in a corner and hoped for the best. She wanted the oldest being to live on.....

"He always was steady on his feet and careful..... I wonder how it happened is all. I hope there is no brain injury..... Vampires can't have things like strokes and embolisms, right? That happens when you have blood flowing through your veins. What is flowing through the veins have flowing through them if you are a vampire?" Mystique asked.
