I really am thinking about it. And that will be adorable. I could see her stealing him away at the ball and looking at Lia, "D'you care if I steal him away for a dance or two?"
And she'd just shake her head and say, "No, go right ahead." And then Checkov would likely steal her away for a dance or two.
