Idea:

The sky is falling and Hell's pit is rising. This chaotic event is bringing destruction to their palaces and to Earth. With no other choice, a selected group of Angels and Demons will need to work together in order to find the cause and solution to their problem. As they travel, both sides will face challenges and creatures that'll appear during their journey. Will they manage to succeed this mission and bring harmony/balance to their rightful place? Or will their hatred for the other consume them, bringing more distress to their problem.

Just putting this out there. Don't know if it'll catch anyone's interest, haha

"Will they manage to succeed this mission and bring harmony/balance to their rightful place?"- well for starters, every demon would rather have hell destroyed than spend one more second there. Harmony/balance? No demon would ever seek that. Maybe you could make the demons embark on this mission with the ulterior motive of killing the angels on their group/ensuring that destruction DOES* happen. So even if they say they will pair up with the angels to save the harmony, their true intention is to STOP* them from doing so.

On a further note, it is best to first of all create the rp THEN open an interest check about it saying your open to changes. Even if many people become interested now, they'll probably get bored waiting/life problems/find another RP.
