The starting Perks are:
One free wagon and horse
One trunk will contain pieces of leather
One trunk that contains a hand press and dies
One trunk that contains metal and a shape cutter
One trunk that will contain leather protective garments
One trunk that will contain various beads and such ornaments
One trunk that will contain a variety of books such as Leather Making, Basket Weaving, Herbal Gardening
A bag of coins with fifty of each copper, bronze, silver and gold as a sign on bonus and so that you have money to buy things for your cave
A dragon egg
Being able to do magic
After 5 years of working for Dragonopia, you will be free to go anywhere with your dragon.

I will be thinking up more little perks. Last round everyone got a cerebus puppy.
