... I hope I'm not presuming too much, whatwith her on horseback and then her doing something about the fall? Maybe you could have her be all theif/assassin-y and do some mid-air maneuvering to land on her feet, or use that elemental magic. I dunno. 'Hope I didn't offend ya!

Well, at the end of my post, Eliesmier went ahead and dropped her in front of his lair (perhaps I should've elaborated more >.<), on the opening area outside of his cave, on the side of the mountain. The area that he'd land and take off from.

So he dropped both her and the horse because he's home, and he's about to land himself.

Gah!

Yeah, she's just there- and no way she could get out of his grip, not when a flailing and screaming horse couldn't. Unless she stabbed him, which would result in either the blade skittering across scale, or breaking scale and driving into his muscle, which would probably tighten his grip even more (while being a friendly dragon, he's still a liiiittle mad, and might react unpredictably).

...damn, I sound like I'm just forcing your character into this. Well, I am, damn, sorry ://

Okay, so Eliesmier speaks with thought, for the most part, and can't physically speak as a dragon, which means that he'll have some form of telepathy.

I was just considering the notion that, upon using his mind to look into hers, he would've seen her- oh, she'll be snarky and cold and stubborn, but he, right from the start, knew that she was much less cold inside.

Or not.

Maybe she doesn't successfully free herself, but tries? And I suppose that works for me. Why else would he keep here around, am I right? Lol.

Well, he wants to keep her around because she has something of the Spirits in her, and that could be used to counter the madness in his head, and in other dragons' heads.

But that too.
He could mess with her, knowing full well that she might enjoy it, even if she makes it clear- externally, at least- that she absolutely hates it.

Yeah, I haven't exactly decided Freya's deal with the whole Spirit thing, but her past is kind of blurred so we can go with anything for her clearly she's the chosen one. I plan to post tomorrow when I can focus better. I think she'll try to get free, then give up rather quickly.
