Deadpool has no re-watch value. I watched it with some friends, then I took a friend who hadn't seen it to the movies to see it and I literally missed nothing the first time that I noticed the second time. I have never been more bored rewatching something. Don't get me wrong, it's plenty fun and the jokes are okay, but there's just...nothing there to mine out. I haven't really had that experience with a movie before.

I mean it could be argued that means it does its job effectively, it efficiently delivers all the information it's got. I rarely if ever re-watch the recent superhero movies to be fair, they're not made to be thought about too much, but people built up Deadpool so much I guess they thought it'd be something special.

yeah exactly, I was expecting something very packed. and it did, I'm not knocking it...just found it weird to run into something like that. Also uh, I wouldn't have even bothered seeing it again but I promised my friend I'd take him.
