Stumbled upon the site when I was looking up for info on people doing Log Horizon TRPG role plays, and not a single Log Horizon TRPG thread in sight.

So instead I decided to explore the forum(why not yeah?) and got intrigued by the concept of 1x1, seems like a pretty neat idea for more controlled world building is my first impression.

A bit about myself taste in genre, I'm deeply into fantasy based settings of all sort, and if I were to try a hand in sci-fi, I try to inject fantasy elements to it anyway and explain it as 'evolution,' 'mutation' or, 'that's how reality of that planet works'.

Thanks! In the mean time, I think I should figure out if I'm suited for the Free section or Casual. Post lengths for them seem so inconsistent from the few I'm checking out. Some Casual's have lengths that resemble advanced. 8[

I come from a predominantly Tabletop role playing background, but I feel like branching out of my comfort zone in terms of post style, so maybe I shouldn't search too hard into my naturally inclined sections XD

Welcome to the forum, I am sure you will find what you are looking for. There are several FF Rp's going on. As far as post lengths go, that isn't the only thing that determines a section, each GM has their own thought of what Casual or Advanced is and it is a huge factor for RPs and there is a big bleed over from Free to Casual and then Casual to Advanced. That large Grey area. (Most the Rp's I host look Advanced to the naked eye but I host them there because I don't require more as far as posting lengths goes, it's just what comes up - plus I leave them open as a place for people to learn basics if they so want.) - If you see an Rp you like but it looks advanced, don't let that deter you, join up anyways: you never know, you might like it.
