The war has ended and the world is starting to look through the ruins. The governmets have all faded away. The rich have lost everything just like everyone else. But there will always be those that rise to power quickly. Be they good or bad no one knows till after. But the normal people having lost everything do their best to start over. No internet for mass information gathering. Most of the books are gone or to dammaged to read.
But when people just vanish in the night only to show up weeks later horribly mutated what is to be done. The Assassins guild is long since in ruins and most of the members scattered. The military in ruins can provide no help to the common people. The world is slowly growing darker around the people who try to figure out what is going on.
Would need players for both the common people including the assassins and the military as well as players for the dark underground force that is kidnapping people to experiment on the common people.
