@rawkhawk64 I'll allow it, but that's not exactly how it works. Telepathy is almost too narrow and potentially too powerful for a single septima. As a result, you may want to pick a psychic element that would allow telepathy, such as, perhaps, dreams, if I may make a suggestion.

@rawkhawk64 Technopathy would be a Psionic remote manipulation, I think. It depends on what you mean by technopathy, but there are two existing examples that are close, being Puppet-Master, and Hack the Planet. And Septima does not technically allow for "generic psychic power". There can be a septima that includes all the normally associated elements, but it's themed.
