So it's comfirmed. People who were banned are allowed back, but why so?

Because everyone deserve a second chance and honestly, most of them that were banned were either highly entertaining or damn good in bed. Simply really. Being banned took effort, effort that could be used better elsewhere.

Openly discussing bans was somewhat against the rules, tho it wasn't always enforced.

That is another reason why people may be nervous to talk about it.
