Alvios forced himself up somewhat, managing to leverage himself on his elbows, looking between Melina and Jenso, and sighed to himself. Both of them, so much stronger than I gave them credit for... He looked down, focusing his power into healing himself minimally. He wouldn't be able to recover, but he'd be able to move. "Help me over to Jenso, Melina. I'll patch him upagain, and we'll get ourselves out of this pit. I'd very much like to go home."

Melina nodded and began propping Alvios over her shoulder, and carrying him over to Jenso. "You did good," Melina assured him, "Both of you."

Jenso was lying on a bed in his own room, that'd been offered to him temporarily. He was feeling extremely exhausted. "Well...that sure was something..." He muttered to himself, happy that he and Alvios managed to stop the swarm once and for all.

Alvios was sitting at the edge of his bed, staring at a cup of lukewarm tea on his nightstand. He had been banished to his room by Melina, after his constant insistence on double-checking to guarantee her well-being. The Swarm infection had quickly died out after she managed to overcome it, and it took barely any healing to remedy the bits of coloration the struggle had caused. "Apollo has been exposed, the Swarm is dead, Melina is fine... it seems I owe Jenso a lot. I can't imagine how to repay him for all he's done for this town... and me."

Jenso had been lost in thought by all the recent events, but decided to snap out of it as he sat up. He stood up, and headed for Alvios's room. Everything had turned out well in the end, but he still wanted Alvios and Luke to talk things out. He did not want to force anything onto Alvios, however, and was prepared to discuss the matter thoroughly. He knocked on the door to his room. "Alvios..? Can I come in?" He asked. He was still far from being recovered, but at the very least he had an easier time moving his body again.

Alvios looked to the door, confused. He'd thought Jenso was going to sleep through the rest of the day and night after all of what happened. "Door's unlocked, come on in. Is there something you need?" He straightened his posture some, and downed the tea in a single gulp so it looked like he had done more than just think and brood.

This, of course, caused him to start choking on the tea as Jenso entered the room. Classy.

Jenso blinked at Alvios in confusion. "You..uh...you alright there?" Jenso asked with a smile, and walked up to his friend. "Well, um...there are some things that I've been meaning to ask you.." Jenso muttered.

"I know it might be hard for you, but...do you think that you're ready to see Luke tomorrow? I really think it'll make him happy if he learns that you didn't betray him after all." Jenso said to Alvios, and paused for a moment.

"And...my offer to join my friend's guild still stands. They are all good and trustworthy people, with some who are about as strong as you and me. Jeff, Bruce...hell, I think Mikey's gotten a lot stronger lately, too." Jenso added. "We could really use your help...to defeat the Order of Chaos and all the other threats that our world faces. But...do keep in mind, if you join, your life will be at risk. A lot." He said, sounding extremely serious as he said those last few lines.

Alvios cleared out his throat, a little red in the face both from coughing up a lung and embarrassment. He listened carefully to Jenso's words, getting up as he finished his statement and looking at his sword, damaged and hanging on a rack on the wall. "... Let me tie up some loose ends here in town. Make sure Apollo is either put out of power or on the straight-and-narrow. And I can't just up and walk away from Melina after what's happened..." He looked back at Jenso, smiling a little. "I'll stop by Diver's Paradise as soon as I have the time. I might put off joining your friend's guild for awhile though. Still, when you do end up finding the Order of Chaos... get me first. I'll fight with you until my last breath, Jenso. That's a promise."

Jenso nodded at Alvios and smiled. "I understand..." Jenso replied, and paused. "Thank you very much man, you will be able to help us a lot." He added, and began to walk away as he stood in the doorway. "Heh...I think I'll go sleep now...It's been a long day. And that way, you'll actually be able to rest yourself. I'm glad we managed to stop the swarm once and for all...have a great nap, man!" He spoke, and began to head to his room. He didn't get the responses from Alvios that he'd hoped for, but at least he didn't turn Jenso down when he asked for his aid. He opened the door, closed it and hopped onto his bed. He felt happy, and doze off rather quickly.

Jenso was sent off by Milena and Alvios on the edge of the city. A courteous wave, and a pair of grateful smiles were the last thing he saw before he found his way back underground, headed for the paradise. But as the sunlight blotted out, there was an uneasy feeling filling the air around him.

Actually, it was his phone, vibrating violently. The ringtone wasn't Jeff's though. It was something else entirely. It sounded like a calming track, ocean waves, seagulls, followed by a heavy rush of water..

Jenso pulled the phone out of his bottomless bag and brought it up to his ear as he pushed the answer button. "Hello?" He asked, sounding somewhat confused. He had no idea who this was, but he was on his guard. He felt on edge for some reason, but he was unsure why.

Jenso felt confused, but responded immediately. He dashed back from where he came, aiming to move right out of the exit near Corono again. "Why?! What's wrong?!" He shouted at Mikey.

As Jenso emerged from the cave, his phone clicked and beeped. Above him, heavy winds pushed down against his hair. It was a hovercraft, and Mikey was peering over the edge.

"Because I'm here to pick you up! Get in!" He shouted.

Jenso looked up at Mikey and blinked. "Uhh..." Jenso muttered, overthinking his options. He still needed to tell Luke that Alvios hadn't betrayed him, but perhaps Alvios would do that himself eventually. "Alright, let's go!" He shouted cheerfully. He was glad to see his friend again. He hopped into the hovercraft.

Sheira nodded to Mikey and sped the hovercraft over towards the ocean, speeding into the endless abyss of water without a second thought. They passed over the den that Jenso and Alvios had cleared, and quickly ended up much farther out than Jenso had been before.

"This is bad," Mikey began explaining, "Very very bad!"

Jenso's cheerful mood quickly vanished as he realised that the tone of Mikey's voice hadn't been fueled by happyness, but by sheer despair. He frowned at him. "What's going on?" Jenso asked Mikey calmly, feeling very concerned.

"Tech-Mo is under attack," He said, slowing himself down, "Jeff and the heroes guild are holding off hundreds of rogue golems. We have no idea where they came from, but they keep shouting the exact same thing over and over again..." Mikey paused and shook his head.
