Several years ago Dr. Peter Whitney bought several orphans from various countries. He used these children in experiments. He fully opened their minds to enhance their natural abilities. But the children were unable to cope with the side effects. Frustrated he adopted them all out. A several years later he tried again this time with adult volunteers. Unfortunately the adults weren't able to handle side effects any better then the children had. Now Dr. Peter Whitney has been murdered. His daughter Lily has opened her 80 room mansion to these people. She wants to help these people deal with the side effects if her father's experiment. (This rp is based loosely on a book series)
