My character is a seemingly straight character who is in some form of House Arrest. He meets with K, the nick name for one of the "inmates" there. My character is seduced by K, and eventually, hot and heavy lust leads to real romance. The role play would start near the end of their sentence, and keep going.

Why are there inmates under house arrest? When under house arrest you are confined to your own home.

I was thinking of a Dystopia where the prisons are over flowing, so the two prisoners are confined to House Arrest, sort of a High Class arrangement.
