I might be interesting in being a police mook security officer. I'm concerned, though, about the prospect of all of us RPing with NPCs. Who will be controlling the super power NPCs? Do I have the authority as a player to, you know, decide that Inferno Man has been acting up again and someone needs to go have a talk with him? Or will the GM be running the chief of police too to keep track of how NPCs are behaving? I feel like that would make more sense.

I'm back, partially. The thoughts I had for this roleplay are unfortunately some of the things my brain lost in the crash, so I'm going to a have a good look through this thread over the next few days and see if I can piece things together. Either way I'll have an update by Saturday at the latest. Sorry for keeping you guys waiting so long :[
