A question for you: Is it alright if I replace the 10GP from my background with a single 10GP item? I'll assume the answer is yes for this version, but I'll fix it if that is not okay (I'll just be getting rid of that shield for the gold back, so if that's the only problem, consider it fixed). The Half-elf variant comes from SCAG and the sorcerous origin comes from THIS UA.

10 miles doesn't seem too far to me, but with it approaching evening would we expect the caravan to be stopping for the night before we get to Nightstone?

Follow up question: would questions like this go here in ooc, leaving ic to be purely in character, or could we ask stuff like that in parantheses?

I wanna say if we look to Oregon trail numbers, I believe 10-20 miles a day is a reasonable range? XD

That being said, I'm going to say you can reasonably expect to get to the settlement by nightfall. (and only one of you will die of dysentery. Maybe.)

As for the other thing- yes, questions are probably best here, though I'm not super opposed to them being in the IC section. Though, if you do choose to post anything there, I would like you to use the {hider=OOC}{/hider} tags.

@GRMBRN Can't remember if I answered this or not on discord or something, but I am fine with people using their starting gold to buy stuff- they just can't sell stuff back from their starting packages for their gold cost.
