Caoro just nodded, it was a strange custom but they had plenty of wine they only tasted once for ceremonies. "Of course, this shield will take a while. Everyone else will get their gifts quickly but yours is complicated." She threw a few gold coins in the envelope for the runners.

Caoro would hear the sound of the wood being chipped. "What are they doing out there?" She asked her attention on the door. She would walk over to the door and peak through the eye hole she would see the two but act like it was nothing.

Caoro sat down on the bed once more watching guy as he looked at her his face blank. "What happened to you?" She whispered soothingly, hoping the blank look on his face would disappear. She got up and put a hand on his shoulder. "Sit down I will be back shortly." She went outside and looked at the two girls. "I want you to go polish the cannons, Eri come with me really quick." She lead Eri to the bottom cabins where her messengers slept.

"What were you two doing?" Caoro asked they had both peeked in on her conversation. "That was an invasion of privacy!" A messenger came up to her and she handed him the unsealed envelope he took out the gold and sealed it.

"y-yes!" Eri said and ran to the deck, she helped Oboro with the cannons. Oboro had not finished with the first cannon when Eri arrived, even so thecannon was already shining.
