Konin looked at his sister. "What do you think, Nara?"

Nara looked at him, no expression on her face. "It's pointless. We should make an actually solid plan before just throwing our lives to the wind and hoping that we survive, which I doubt..." she said.

Ronin clung to his twin again. "But we have no real plans...... All of our plans are to fight and hopefully stay alive.....I haven't really heard anyone with a true 'plan'...."

Nara stood up. "I'll try to figure something out..." she said. Hopefully they have enough sense to create a plan..... she thought.

Outside, you see the many-armed demon chomping down on the remains of the bioweapon, which had, quite literally, lost it's head. The humanoid demon had taken what appeared to be a pregnant woman from the hovercraft, holding her up with his left hand, while holding the long, black sword with his right hand. As you watch, the demon reaches back with the sword, seemingly intent on stabbing her in the womb, killing the unborn baby.

Jacque grit his teeth at the sight before him, 'Fuck. FUCK, this wasn't how I wanted it to go.' he thought as he watched the demon gnaw on the bioweapon. Between the downed bioweapon, and the demon currently holding the pregnant woman by the throat, Jacque would have to go about this in a different way entirely. "Well, this is going to suck royally..." he muttered as he picked up some silt from the cave floor, then withdrew some water from his camel pack to add to the liquid limb he already sported, "Get ready." Jacque hissed to Zelos. Jacque chucked the silt in with the water, then imagined an impossibly narrow hole as he pointed the limb at the demon holding the woman, he imagined forcing the added water and silt through that hole as quickly as possible. The result was a highly pressurized stream of water similar to the stream produced by an abrasive water jet. Although it wasn't quite as strong as the water jet, which could produce blasts of up to 60,000 psi and even cut through titanium plates, Jacque's stream still boasted quite a bit of power in its own right. The blast struck the demon in the side, leaving Jacque to hope it actually did damage.

The demon screamed, dropping the woman, as he turned to see Jacque, a wound opening in his side. The demon hissed, turning towards this new threat. "What's this? A water spirit? This is my wreckage. Let me teach you the pecking order!" The demon leapt forward, landing heavily in front of Jacque. "Demon of the Blood, me, is above some tiny water creature. What are you? You're not a Naijad, or a were-dolphin....." The demon growls, standing at twice the height of a man. Leaning down, he bared his teeth at you, his breath smelling of blood and rot. Then the caramel-skinned man walks out of the cave, dropping a stone. Surprised, the demon looked down at his feet, spotting the grenade moments before it went off, blowing up the ridge the demon had been using as perch, and showering the area with shrapnel.
The many-armed demon had by now noticed the exchange, and was screeching, it's arms spread around it's mouth. The man with the caramel skin opened fire, his bullets opening small wounds in the creature's flesh. However, before he could do any substantial damage, a beam of red light shot from the creature's mouth, The man screamed as he was hit, and as if time slowed, Jacquel could see his flesh boiling, burning off, as the smell of cooked meat filled the air, and then his blackened corpse was on the ground, and screams were filling the air, the beam having shot into the cave.

A little further ahead a man was walking, entirely dressed in Black. He stopped as the road was parting in two different ways, for a few moments he simply stood there and thought. As he wanted to make his way going the right way, screams could've been heard, when those screams became silent, he immediately switched side and took the left passageway, going in the dierection where screams came from.

Seeing the beam heading for the cave Zelos stands in front of it. "No way! Grave!" He yells, as a magic circle forms at his feet. Several very large spikes form in front of him, forming a kind of large stone barrier.

The beam smashes into the rocks, and they glow up brightly at the edge. However, nothing breaks, and the demon with many arms starts crawling forward, uttering another shriek. In the meantime, the humanoid demon jumps back onto the ledge, his wounds having healed, and kicks down the barricade. He swings down, aiming to take Zelos off of his feet with a powerful swing. "You humans are all damned! I'll drag your souls to Hell in person!"

The soldiers are pouring out of the hole now. The man with the lightbrown skin speaks briefly, before leading them to the many-armed beast. "You take the Hell Knight. You're going to need a holy weapon to hurt it." After delivering this message, he jumps down, as the heavyset man opens fire with his gattling gun, shouting "Feel the bite of Russian steel!" and the others blast it with their remaining amunition.

Zelos jumps backwards, dodging the strike, landing out of the demons reach, preparing another spell. "Sacred powers, cast your purifying light upon this corrupt soul..." Zelos says, focusing his power. It would only take him a few seconds... He has his sword in his right hand, ready to block if he can't cast fast enough.

The demon laughed, as he rushed forward, smashign his blade into Zelos' sword. Through sheer strength, the Demon launches Zelos backwards, smashing him into the cave wall. Grinning, the Demon raises his blade to finish Zelos while he's on the ground, a rib broken, before a pistol shot rings out. The Demon turns, grinning it's toothy grin. In the cave entrance stands Johnathan, trembling, holding a smoking pistol.

"You idiot! Get out of here!" Zelos yells, standing despite his broken rib, holding his sword ready. "Hey ugly! Look at your opponent!" He yells, slicing at the demon repeatedly with a speed and strength that a human shouldn't be able to possess.

Jacque had barely managed to shield himself with water when the grenade had gone off, however the loud noise left him rather disoriented for a few moments. Jacque watched in a somewhat fuzzy state as the caramel skinned man had come out with a grenade and rifle, only to be cut down by the red beam just as he'd started to cause significant damage, then, before he knew it, soldiers began pouring from the cave with renewed vigor. Now Jacque was clear headed, and more importantly, he was pissed, he may not have viewed humans as equals, but he still respected the courage of these men, and he'd be goddamned if he allowed someone who'd helped him die for nothing, "Fuck you AND your pecking order! Compared to you demons I am the fucking sea, a force of nature that will SWALLOW YOU WHOLE!" he roared as he withdrew more water and scooped up the shrapnel from the grenade. Jacque let the shrapnel swirl about a bit before firing again with a water jet, this time aiming for the demon's abdominal region.

The demon swerved the blade around, the weapon blurring with speed, each piece ricochetting off of it, not even leaving a scratch. "So many targets. A water spirit who doesn't respect the food chain, a human who thinks he's a spirit, and a man who thinks he's a soldier. You're all so deluded. I'm growing worried you're stupidity might give me indigestion." With a dark chuckle, the demon stomps towards Johnathan, as the man in question shakily retreated, trying to aim the pistol. On the ground, the demon left black, charred footprints, his black claws carving holes into the ground with each step.

"Earthly fangs, rage against those who dare to defy thee! Stalagmite!" As Zelos casts the spell, large, sharp pillars of rock erupt from below the demon.

Jacque snarled and withdrew the remaining water in the camel pack, increasing the size of his limb to massive proportions. "You WILL NOT touch him!" Jacque ground out before lashing out at the demon to follow up on Zelos' own attack. The water shot across the battlefield in the shape of a massive fist, however just mere seconds before it made contact, the fist narrowed into a tendril and forced its way into the demon's mouth and down the its throat. Jacque didn't quite know if the beast had lungs, or if it even needed to breathe for that matter, however just in case it didn't Jacque began to thrash the water violently inside of the demon's body, cracking bones, stretching organs to the point of rupturing, and generally wreaking havoc inside of the demon. It may have had a means of healing from external damage, but perhaps massive amounts of internal damage might be a different story. Whether it worked was now up to fate.

The demon snarled, as it was bashed from one side by rocks, and then growled as the water forced it's way into the demon's mouth. He bit down, removing sight, and thus control. "Water elemental....." The demon casually kicks Johnathan into the cavern wall, before turning towards you and Zelos. Johnathan collides with an odd cracking sound, and then slumps into a small heap. From the shadows George runs forward, his mother chasing after him, as George grabbed a hold of his father's limp body, crying and screaming. Intrigued, once more the demon turned. "Why, they're practically lining up, aren't they?" The demon flashes you a horrifying grin, before reaching down and grabbing Alice in one large clawed hand. Alice kicks and screams to no effect.

Suddenly BANG! a shot was fired. The bullet pierced through the demons arm, but it wasnt a simple bullet... it was a holy silver bullet which pierced through his demonic skin. The shot was fired by a person completly dressed in black who was walking slowly towards the big demon he just wounded."In the name of our Lord, I shall punish you demons and purify your bodies filled with hate and evil. Sending you back to hell where you came from.." the man said while spinning his silver revolver and puting it back in its holster after finishing his sentence. Then he stopped walking and said with a highly provocating undertone "How far have those demons fallen that they cant even fight a real man and attack the weak. Sooo.. disappointing. I guess another low level demon I will send back to hell. Now leave the woman and start fighting with honor.. pig..." having that said he lifted his head and looked at the demon with a challenging look on his face.

The demon screeched as the bullet hit him, the blessed metal sizzling his flesh. Unlike the other wounds, this one did not close, and black blood leaked down to the ground as the demon turned. "A mere human, challenge me? You will pay for the harm you have visited on me!" The demon screeched, as he jumped towards the new figure, focusing completely on him, flames streaming from his eyes.

((Alright, with the new person to deal with, Zelos should have enough time...))
Zelos growled. "Alright, I'll blow you away!" He splays his hands, throwing all his concentration towards the spell. "Under the shining name of the Lord, may the Light of Judgment fall as rain upon those impure souls who crawl in the World!" As Zelos closes his eyes, the ground begins shaking violently in the immediate vicinity of the caster, a while light forming above. With the demon preoccupied, he knew he had enough time. His eyes flicker open. "Rest in peace, you who are burdened by sins!" A bright light appears above the demon. "Judgement!" An extremely bright pillar of pure light slams down on the demon, leaving Alice and any others unscathed.

Jacque smirked at the sudden arrival of what he assumed was another member of the resistance. As the demon turned to face its new aggressor Jacque made good use of the fresh wound's lack of closing and once again set about thrashing the water through the demon's body, "Don't turn your back on me beast!" he said with a malicious sneer etched across his face. In a surprising turn of events, the water, being comprised of a somewhat spiritual nature thanks to Jacque's elemental status slowly began to take on a few holy properties whenever it came into contact with the blessed bullet lodged in the demon's body. Jacque didn't know it, but he'd begun thrashing the demon's innards with holy water. Between the bullet, holy water, and Zelo's spell, the hell knight's time in the mortal realm would likely be coming to an abrupt and violent end.

The demon screamed, as the spell crashed down upon him. Then, as the water began slashing at his innards once more, the demon found that it burned as if it were holy. He screeched, falling to his knees, blood leaking out from his eyes, ears and mouth. Then, he's covered in flames, and the flames turn red. A wave of fire sweeps over the battlefield, the flames rising high over the demon, before from it he steps. He's covered in black, smoking armor, his helmet covered in horns. His breastplate sports a gaping maw set over his stomach, the teeth made of bone, each guantlet ending in a clawed hand. From his back spread two massive wings. As the demon speaks, the helmet causes it's voice to echo ominously. "It seems I've had to resort to wearing my armor. You should be honored."
Within a flash, the Hell Knight is back on the ledge, and in a single slice, Zelos' leg falls to the ground. He had been hardly more than a blur as he had moved, and he stood now wreathed in demonic fire. The soldiers, who had finished off the other monstrosity, opened fire, their bullets simply bouncing off the seemingly impenetrable armor. The demon breathed out a puff od smoke, all that was left of the water in his insides. "I will admit, you surprised me. I had not expected to find a challenge upon this fallen earth worthy of one such as myself. However, I had underestimated you."
