DC: Outcasts

What would you do, if all the superheroes went away? If they disappeared away, never to return to stop your reign of crime or your spree of injustice? Will you bask into your most deepest and darkest desires? Will you take revenge on those whom had wronged you for years? Or will you stand against the darkness, neither hero nor villain, an Outcast from both worlds?

What is this?

A group RP, set in a setting upon where - we play as the villains. But we aren't committing crimes. We are gonna save the world, but we aren't heroes. We do this for ourselves and nobody else.

Where is this setting?

In an alternative Earth, upon where the Secret Society of Super Villains have managed to trap the entire Justice League, on-board the Watchtower in a Time Bubble. Nobody can get in, nobody can get out. The perfect trap, as everything inside is frozen without the possibility of having it broken open. Any junior heroes on the planet, have gone into hiding or been defeated by their criminal counterparts.

Why are we playing?

Because, while the elimination of the Justice League has been a boon to many, without a common enemy to unite the Society - many have gone their own way or turned on their fellow supervillains. Thus, without shackled by the law or the order that was enforced by the Justice League - the worst of the worst have been let loose upon the planet.

Known as the Hundred Days of Anarchy - upon where, chaos reigned and no hero was coming to save those that needed them.

Who are the Outcasts?

They are those, whom might have been villains - had some honor, moral or thing they liked, in the world. As many found out - money, jewels and power is worthless, without anyone to control or any economy to use it in. We might have been burned by our fellow villains and now desire revenge against them in the most ironic way possible.

We aren't heroes, we are villains. But we are villains, whom liked the world as it had been.

Who can we play as?

Any supervillain in the DC Universe (Cartoons are best choice) - that might dislike this total anarchy that has gripped the Earth. Keep this logical, as a villain like Darkseid might not care much about Earth. Keep power-levels below Superman strength. Those whom are more street-level thugs or prey upon a specific city are the best choice.

I did.

Lex is a human not a Kryptonian.
Flash is no where near Superman.

@Burning Kitty

Yeah. But Lex is basically Super in this, while Flash can outrun anyone. A better wording might be not to pick any villain that can steam-roll or one shot their way out of anything.

Then you should have given examples of people who would be acceptable, instead of saying no Superman characters.

Bruce Wayne if not trapped wouldn't be acceptable because he can go toe to toe with Superman, like Lex. So if an ordinary human isn't acceptable, then no character in DC history would be.
