Fez made his way to Gavin after Penalopy, grinning happily. Dausiin followed suit, staying invisible as well. He floated around Gavin before he suddenly became visible around Mindy.
"That's what I was told!" He said happily, looking to Mindy and giving a happy wave. "Hiya!"

Gavin looked around as he heard Penalopy before looking around to try and figure out where Dausiin was, when the Hoopa revealed himself he blinked. His expression changing from confusion to full blown worry.
"What are you doing? This is dangerous!" He hissed before he looked at Mindy with a sheepish smile. "Sorry. I didn't expect this trip out would be so... Eventful."

Niccia nodded and smiled to Whitney before she turned her attention back to Michael.
"I'm sure he's fine~" She said with a laugh, "He's an awkward mess but I'm sure she'll have been okay." She nodded before she moved her head to gently kiss Sparky's snout as she rested on her shoulder.

Sparky blinked and gave a bark and tried to get around to Niccia's face as she turned away to continue to walk to Michael.
"Commere! Lemme give you kisses back!" She barked, fluffing herself up and letting out a small cloud of glitter.

Harry followed Saruya with ease, bounding over roots and rocks as they got closer and closer to the Pokecenter. He knew those Mightyena would get back to where ever they needed to go to. They might be back but they couldn't take that risk.

As they got to the Pokecenter Harry stopped and fluffed himself.
Soul was resting in the field at the back, his eyes closed but his head to the sky. His horn vibrated slightly and he slowly opened his eyes at the sight of the Arcanines.
"Something wro-" He started before his eyes rested on Harry, instinctively he stood up.

Frosiien raised an eyebrow as Andy mentioned two pokemon, "Do you not mean three?" She asked as she looked to Varina before they were taken to their seats. She moved to lift the Spiritomb onto the table before she looked to Andy, "Food would be nice, but only if you want to. I don't want you to spend too much money on me." She said with a soft smile.

Mindy blinked when the Hoopa suddenly revealed itself. When hearing Gavin hiss at him she quickly looked around and grabbed a commercial folder to put over the Hoopa's head. "It's okay," she said as she held Dausiin and carried him outside. Penalopy released Gavin and floated behind Mindy, still invisible.
"Dausiin~ Even I know you shouldn't reveal yourself like that!"

Michael held his phone and send a text message to his uncle and then one to Mindy. Between the texts he smiled at Sparky who demanded to return the kisses.
"I suppose we'll be on our way then," after sending the final text, "I've let them know we're done with the gym battle."

"We got attacked by two Mightyena who apparently are looking for legendary descendants," Saruya explained. She noticed the expression on Soul's snout but decided it wasn't her place to talk about Harry's change. "Where are Michael and Niccia? We have to inform them, Missy could also be a target!"

"I was thinking of using Varina as table ornament," Andy stated with a grin, but he turned to the Spiritomb. "But if you rather have a chair I can arrange that."
He turned to Frosiien when she mentioned the food. "You don't have to worry about money, but I'll have a snack too. There are menu's over there." He gestured to a container with cutlery and some folders with the breakfast and lunch menu's and pulled back a chair for Kim, who quickly hopped on and thanked him in her own language.
His phone vibrated and he pulled it out. "Ah, it seems Bear is in for a gym battle today. I suppose I can do that."

Dausiin have a squeak as the folder was put over his head, "Hey!" He grumbled before he turned invisible and moved to float around Fez, the folder still over his head. "I know that Arceus says to be careful, but with my friend I don't need to be! No one can get me!"

Gavin shook his head with a small sigh, "Should we head back or should we... I don't know, get some food?" He asked with a tilt of his head, "My shout, as a thank you for taking me out."

Niccia nodded with a small smile, "Awesome." She replied to Michael before she turned towards the door, "We did amazing~" She moved to kiss Sparky again, making the small pokemon even more frustrated, moving around faster to try and get to Niccia's face.

"So we head back to the center now?" She asked Michael, finally moving her cheek to Sparky who aggressively smacked at Niccia's face and gave the kisses back to Niccia.

Soul pulled his attention away from Harry as Saruya spoke, his eyes narrowed and he gave a small nod.
"That's not good." He mumbled before he looked towards the Center, "Especially since our group travels with... Well, a lot of them." He said before he looked back Saruya, "Michael and Niccia went to the Gym, they should be back anytime soon unless something happens to them."

Harry felt his body quiver at Souls last words, "I don't like that." He looked to Saruya, "We need to find them."

Varina blinked as she was placed onto the table, unsure what Andy was talking about before she looked towards Frosiien. "I would rather stay on the table." She said, hoping that Frosiien would translate it for her, which she did with a gentle smile.
Mitch climbed up onto his chair with a grunt, looking over the table with a small flail of his wings, trying to balance himself.

Frosiien moved to grab a menu, opening it up slowly and placed it on the table. Varina moved to hop towards a corner to keep it held down for the Articuno.
"You humans interest me, in terms of doing these 'Gym Battles'." Frosiien said with a small smile, "It is rather interesting to see them in action. Some Trainers have actually tried to take me on; which is always interesting." She said with a small chuckle to herself.

James looked at Dausiin. "With all due respect," he began politely, "but even if you can't get caught, do you really want a manhunt? People might still try to capture you and if it's not in a Pokéball, they might try a cage. I think it's still important to be cautious. This person you refer to is not here to protect you. The only protection you have is not being bound to a trainer in case a Pokéball is thrown."

Penalopy head what James said, but she wrapped her arms around Gavin's neck, staying invisible, and let him carry her like that. "Mew~" she said in human tongue so Mindy could understand her too. "I want to see Mew~"
"I suppose," Mindy said with a smile, "we can join the others first and then see about eating later."
"Yes, listen to Mindy," Penalopy said.

Mindy pushed the button on her pendant and on the rooftop the necklace of the Dragonite started blinking. Mable turned to Charcoal and Ixia.
"My trainer calls, it's time to go." She held out her arms to take the small Pokémon and she smiled at Charcoal. "Your trainer will be very surprised with your evolution."

"Yes." Michael walked to the door and stepped outside. It felt good to have won this battle, but it was obvious he wouldn't have won this battle alone. None of his Pokémon were very strong yet, Saruya was the only evolved Pokémon he had.
He held the door open for all the small Pokémon that followed him, Lytse and Marie, who was rather slowly crawling forward. Bear jumped in and pushed Michael aside, he, the strong Pokémon, would hold the door open for everyone. Benny flew outside, cheerfully greeting the sun. He didn't mind being inside, but he was much rather outside and in the sun.

Saruya looked at Harry and nodded. "We should go there," she agreed. She didn't know where the gym was, but scent didn't lie. She lowered her nose and sniffed for Niccia's and Michael's scent, quickly locating the most recent trace and she started walking."[/i]
Soul's words hadn't made her feel better about all this at all, she worried for Missy mostly, the small Poochyena could very well be attacked as well. Harry and Soul, they could take care of themselves, Harry had proven to be a strong fighter and she was certain Soul was too, but Missy was such a young and small thing.

Andy examined the menu briefly. "Warm waffles for me," he decided and he looked up to Frosiien when she talked about gym battled. "Yes, the whole Pokémon Trainer battles is a bit of a grey area when it comes to ethics, but when done with consent from all involved parties I have no objections to a good Pokémon battle. As long as I don't have to fight myself, as hypocritical as it may sound, but when it comes to strength I'm definitely the weakest of my entire team. Even Kim is stronger than me and would easily defeat me."
"I wouldn't dream of fighting him," the Furret whispered.
Andy wasn't sure what his Furret had said, but he smiled at her. "I did notice that Pokémon can be stronger when coached by a human, as if tactical insight is not something that comes naturally to most Pokémon. It's just a working theory of course, and I mean no offence, but my observations led me to believe that where most Pokémon excel in strength and survival, knowing very well how to attack and how to plan ahead for the winter for instance, but lack a certain insight that humans have. I'm not saying they're not intelligent of course, but it's different. Humans lack strength in all area's, but make it up with technological innovations and tactical insight."

Dausiin waved his hands towards James with a small sigh, "Ah, I guess you're correct." He took the folder off his head and placed it over Fez's head and spun slightly, "I could easily just disappear through a portal but you have point. Begrudgingly." He said with a sigh, moving to lean against James with a bit more of a sigh, "Cages are never fun. Bags aren't fun either."

Gavin felt Penalopy around his neck, she always had a relaxing effect on him. His shoulders relaxed slightly before he gave a small nod, almost trance-like.
"Yeah." He said with a small smile, "Get back and get changed, see the others, then head out."

Ixia lifted her head sleepily as she was lifted up.
"Ohkay." She said with a small yawn, "Home time~"
Charcoal looked up towards Mindy with a small smile, "I'd hope she's happy with it though!"

Niccia couldn't help but give a giggle at Bear before she followed everyone else out, Sparky up on her shoulders. She lifted her head up to focus on the warmth with a smile.
"That was good." She started, lowering her head and looked over towards Michael. "It didn't go too smoothly, but we did it!"

Sparky leaped down from Niccia's shoulders and landed with a bit of a faceplant, pulling herself up with a fluff of her fur.

Harry bowed his head to Soul and followed Saruya, keeping his eyes out for any sign of the Mightyena. His fur bristled, and didn't like the looks that people were starting to give him.

Frosiien watched Andy as he spoke, giving a small nod.
"I agree with that. Humans are good at pointing out things that you can't see right off the bat." She started, "I think I'll have the berry Pastry." She added quietly, "That sounds very nice."
She looked to Varina before smiling and glanced over to Kim. "I wouldn't expect you too." She replied to Kim with a small smile, before looking over towards Andy again, "It's a rather Symbiotic relationship- Humans and Pokemon. Which is nice." She said with a smile.

"Yay~" Penalopy squeaked softly, holding on to Gavin. "Gav, you're the best~"

Mindy stepped outside, looking around. Such a normal day for everyone, but for her it was strange to see all those people just living their normal lives while she had dived straight into a world she had barely known existed. "We should go to the Pokémon Center, Michael texted they are done on the gym so I bet they will be going there."

Mabel took the little ones in her arms, Charcoal wasn't as little as before, but still small enough to easily carry in one arm. She spread her wings and took off.

Michael nodded agreeing, they had done well. He picked up the Dunsparce and let her rest on his shoulder. Then he scooped up his Cyndaquil to carry him in his arms, with Lytse's back against his stomach.
"No sneezing," he warmed him.
"I will jump down when I feel it come," Lytse promised him.

He walked in the direction of the Pokémon Center, Bear walking behind him with his fists behind his head. Benny circled above them and then flew ahead.

Saruya kept her nose to the ground to find the gym, sometimes looking up to see if she could see a building that looked like a gym, or if she could recognise Michael and Niccia. She noticed something in the air and soon recognised a Butterfree. "Is that Benny?" she asked Harry.

---

The waiter joined them at the table and Andy looked at him. "Two coffee, a tea, water with a straw, waffles, berry pastry and some of your mixed treats." He looked at the Spiritomb. "Are you thirsty?"
Again he realized he didn't know much about Ghost types, he couldn't recall if professor Maple's Haunter ever ate or drank, but if he did he had never done it around him.

Ixia held onto Mabeland closed her eyes. Flying now reminded her of the Murkrow stealing her, which caused her to shiver and slink more into Mabels embrace.
Charcoal on the other hand had his wings out as he stretched out as far as he could without endangering himself to make himself feel like he was flying.

Gavin followed Mindy, with Dausiin and Fez in tow, he glanced back to Dausiin and narrowed his eyes, "Can't you just disguise yourself?"
Dausiin scoffed and seemed almost offended as he turned visible again, "Who do I look like? Arceus?" He said before he turned invisible again, "And anyway, This is the better form anyway~" He laughed.
Fez shook his head and facepalmed, looking to James with a frown, "What's with these Legendaries..."

Harry nodded at Saruya's words, "Looks like it." He moved quickly towards where he suspected them to be, His paws leaving behind small trickles of water as he did so.

Niccia glanced up as she saw Harry running towards them. "Oh! Hey Michael! Look at that Pokemon." She said as Sparky jumped down quickly, moving to run over towards Harry, "Sparky be careful they could be-"
"HARRY!" Sparky yelled as she tackled into him, burying her face into his fur with a small dust of glitter coming from her body.

Varina paused as Andy asked her if she was thirsty, she was almost caught offguard again- not completely used to the pleasantries. She nodded once in response to his question, glancing to Frosiien as she moved to gently cup her hands around Varina's base.

"You are a very strange Pokemon my dear guardian..." She trailed off quietly, Mitch seemed to roll his eyes slightly.
"Here we go again. Every time with every other guardian..." he grumbled.

The necklace of Mabel pulsated with the purple light and a faint beeping sound emitted from it. As she got closer to Mindy both the pulsating and beeping got faster. When Mabel spotted Mindy she flew straight towards her and when she was close enough the pendant died out. She landed in front of them, gently lowering the two Pokémon.

"We're done shopping," Mindy told her Pokémon. "And we picked up some friends, but they will stay hidden as long as we are in public."

"Guarding them is not easy sometimes," James agreed, which reminded him of something and he walked closer to Fez. "Doesn't Dausiin have a Guardian?" he whispered. "Miss Penalopy prefers to hang out close to humans, it's been a while since we mingled with the other legendary Pokémon."

Saruya followed Harry and kept her eyes on the Butterfree. "Benny! Did anything happen?"
"They won the gym battle."
"Nothing else?"
Benny flew alongside Saruya now, flying back to where Michael and Niccia were. "No. Did something happen?"
"We'll explain."
Benny nodded and stayed with her, flying as fast as he could to keep up with the Arcanine.

Michael watched the strange Arcanine approach and his jaw dropped when he heard Sparky exclaim his name. "Is that Harry?"
He noticed Saruya too, with Benny flying alongside her. Both Arcanine seemed to be in a hurry, but their body language didn't show any sign of happiness to see them. "Something is wrong..." he muttered.

"Two water with a straw then," Andy said, the waiter faithfully registering the order on his device. "That's it."
"Okay, coming right up," the waiter said as he finalised the order and walked away.

Andy turned to Frosiien and Varina. "Yes about that whole guardian-thing. Varina, I don't know what your tasks used to be, but hanging out with me will probably mean you will have a lot less to do. Although I may need some occasional protection from professor Maple's wrath...""Wrath he probably deserves," Kim added. "Professor Maple is really not a bad person, but their personalities conflict sometimes. She takes everything serious and Andy, well, doesn't..." She didn't want Varina to get a bad impression of the professor even before meeting her.

Gavin smiled to Ixia as she seemed to run to Fez happily, looking to James with a small squeak. He looked to Charcoal with a slightly confused look.
"Weren't you... A Charmander?" He asked, Charcoal looked up to Gavin with a small nod.
"It's... A story." He started quietly.

Fez smiled to Ixia and rubbed her head before he looked towards James with a small nod.
"Aye he does." He started with a furrowed brow as he looked above them, "I am unsure where the guardian is though."
"Busy. He's Busy." Dausiin spoke quickly. "We need not worry about Guardians."

Niccia nodded as Harry seemed to pick Sparky up in his mouth and continued his walk towards the trainers.
"Are you all okay?" Harry spoke as he dropped the Joltsodour on the ground, he looked between the two trainers before he looked around with drooped ears. "They don't seem to be here." He rumbled before he looked towards Sparky and whispered something into her ears.

Sparky fluffed herself up and nodded, bouncing a few feet away before she placed her snout to the ground and started to sniff. She sniffed around quickly before she slowly made her way over to Michael with her nose to the floor, lifting her nose up to point at the Pokeball that held Missy.

Varina listened quietly as Frosiien seemed to chuckle to herself.
"Kim seems to know you very well." The Articuno stated as she looked towards Andy with a gentle smile, a slight flirtatious spark in her eyes. "And I'm sure this Maple definitely does as well. What's it like working for a Professor? Or well... being a Professor?"

Penalopy let go of Gavin and floated to Charcoal. "You have wings~" she chimed, examining them and then pulling on them to examine them more closely. "How cool is that? Will you grow a second set when you evolve? That would be amazing!"
James quickly walked to them. "Excuse me," he said to Charcoal with a nod of his head. "Miss Penalopy, you really shouldn't touch a Pokémon wings like that."

Mindy watched the others for a moment before continuing to the Pokémon Center. Her Dragonite followed her on foot.

Michael looked at Sparky and then at the Pokéball. "Missy is resting," he said as he reluctantly took it. "Do you really need her?"
"She might be safer in her Pokéball," Saruya added as she joined them. She looked at Michael and then at Niccia. "Two Mightyena attacked us, they are looking for descendants of Legendary Pokémon."
Michael blinked when he heard that and he held the Pokéball in his hand, now he was even more reluctant to let her out.

"Of course she does," Andy said, putting a hand on her head. "We've been together for years." He grinned as he listened to the second question. "It has its upsides and downsides. The upside is that I learn about Pokémon every day and I get to travel around in the name of research. The downside is I'm supposed to write all my findings down in boring reports and papers, and working for someone means I have someone breathing down my neck like a Charizard when I take too long writing the damned things."

Charcoal gave a small yelp as his wings were touched, he stepped back as Penalopy touched him.
"P...Please don't." He started quietly, "I'm still getting used to them."
Gavin motioned to Fez before he followed after Mindy, Ixia moving quickly to climb up Gavin's side to sit on his shoulder.

"Alright." Gavin said to her with a small smile, "Let's head off everybody."
Fez moved to follow quietly, looking back to James with a smile.

Niccia furrowed her brow at what Saruya said.
"Mightyena?" She asked as she thought about it, looking towards Harry before moving to pick Sparky up. "I might need to return you darling."
"No!" Sparky said, wriggling under Niccia's grip. "I can fight for myself!"

Harry walked over to Niccia slowly, "It may be a good idea for you to head in your Pokeball little one." Harry said quietly, getting a pap on the nose from Sparky. "Okay."

Frosiien listened with a small nod, "Ah, paperwork doesn't sound too fun." She said, before she smiled a bit more, "Learning about Pokemon is always fun, Even I, myself, learn something new about the other species of Pokemon every day." She said with a happy smile.

Mitch rolled his eyes slightly, "Legendaries sadly don't know everything." He started, "Apart from the Father. He might know everything."

Penalopy floated back to Gavin and sat on his other shoulder, her legs on his back so she could see those still behind Gavin.
"I apologize," James said to Charcoal with a small bow, "Miss Penalopy gets overly excited sometimes." He turned to follow Gavin too, making a bit haste so he would catch up with Fez and walk alongside him.

Mindy checked her Pokégear for the weather forecast, but it was still the same as in the morning. She didn't need the map to find her way back to the Pokémon Center, she could already see the building. A glance around learned her Michael was either not here yet, or already inside.

Saruya joined Harry and Sparky. "We know you can fight, but you also draw attention to Niccia and Michael. Everyone can see you are not an average Pokémon and they could tell Harry and I are descendants of legendary Pokémon too. It will be safer for our trainers if we stay in our Pokéballs for a while and they keep Pokémon out that won't draw unwanted attention. They can call for us when they need our help."
"I will protect them," Lytse squeaked, almost immediately regretting his bold words, but he would do what he could for Michael and Niccia.
"We will do what we can too," Benny promised.

Andy nodded, he enjoyed that part of being a researcher. He leaned back in the chair as the waiter came with all the ordered foods and drinks, placing them on the table in front of everyone. Mitch and Andy both got a cup with black coffee and a small tray with milk and sugar was placed between them. The mixed treats consisted of dried berries and baked Pokémon treats.
"Thank you," Andy said to the waiter, who nodded with a polite smile and left them. "That berry pastry looks good," he said to Frosiien, pulling his plate of warm waffles closer to himself and sniffed the scent. "But not as good as this!"
Kim took the glass of water between her paws and sipped through the straw. Andy pushed the glass for Varina a bit more in her direction.

Gavin straightened himself, trying to make sure that Penalopy couldn't fall.
Fez glanced to James with a small smile, he looked over to Charcoal with a smirk. "I like your wings though." He said with a wink.

Gavin followed after Mindy, keeping an eye out as they got back to the Pokemon Center.
He looked around with a small frown, glancing down as Soul slowly walked towards them with a bow of his head.

Harry glanced towards Lytse when he offered his words, he nodded once before he looked towards Sparky. Sparky moved to gently press the button on her Pokeball to return herself.
Niccia looked towards the two Arcanines before she looked to her Pokeballs with a frown. "I think we should be able to fend for ourselves." She said with a nod, looking towards Michael.

"I'm unsure about the members of my team but you should be fine, well... Apart from Missy."

Frosiien thanked the waiter gently for the food and drinks and moved to take a bite of her pastry.
Mitch flapped his wings happily and pulled his coffee mug over to him and sipped on it. "Mmm Coffee~" he hummed happily.
Varina looked towards the water glass and hopped towards it slowly. She pulled her spirit over the glass and dunked her head into the glass.

Frosiien smiled to Andy as they both seemed to be happy with their food.
"This is nice." She started happily, taking another bite before sipping her drink, "Was there anything specific you wanted to ask a legendary though?" She asked with a tilt of her head.

Mindy noticed the Absol who nodded to them. One of Niccia's Pokémon, but that was all she knew about it. It didn't look like Michael and Niccia were back yet, Soul would probably be with her if that was the case.
As Mindy contemplated whether or not they would wait inside, Penalopy jumped up from Gavin's shoulder and she floated to Soul. "Soul~" she chimed as she put her small, invisible hands on the sides of his face. "Where is Mew? I want to play~"

"Yeah," Michael said and he was about to say more when he realized half his team consisted of descendants. He let out a soft sigh, he really needed to build a proper team if they were going to face trouble like this. At least he had Bear and Benny with him now, but they would go back to his uncle.
He took his Pokéball and aimed it as his Arcanine. "Return," he said to her.
With his Arcanine safe in her Pokéball, Michael looked to Niccia before continuing their walk to the Pokémon Center.

Andy chuckled when he saw Varina dunk her head into the glass, that was cute to watch. When Frosiien spoke he turned his attention to her.
"Not at the moment," he said. "I'm sure the researcher in me will come up with loads of questions for you, but for now he is silenced because he is in the company of a beautiful woman." He had a gentle smile. "But I will have to introduce you to the rest of my team. Merlin is asleep, but Benny and Bear are awake and I'm sure they'll love to meet you. They're with my nephew now."

Soul lifted his head up slowly and looked towards Mindy before Penalopy grabbed his face.
"Ah, Miss Penalopy." He said as he put two and two together. "Niccia is off at the Gym. He should be back soon, the Arcanines went to grab her."

Gavin looked towards Mindy with a weak smile, "They should be back soon." He said quietly.

Harry watched Saruya quietly before he looked to Niccia and sighed. He moved towards the Pokeballs and nudged a Pokeball before returning himself.

Niccia blinked as a red light shot from the Pokeball that was pressed. The light twisted and moved quickly, suddenly bursting outwards to show Li standing before he stretched and looked towards Michael and Niccia.
"Trainers." He said with a bow of his head.

Varina slowly drunk the water before she tried to pull herself out, slowly lifting the glass up at the same time, watching it drop off her head but landed perfectly.

Frosiien smiled gently at Andy.
"I would love to meet them." She said as she glanced to Mitch, "I only have Mitch, which is fine. I do not often get into battles."
She looked towards Varina with a head tilt, "Have you used her in a battle yet?" She asked as she took another bite of her food.

"What way did they go?" Penalopy asked. "I'll go meet her~"
James quickly joined her. "Let's just wait for them, miss Penalopy," he suggested. "That way you won't accidentally miss each other."
Penalopy sighed and floated to Soul's back, so she could snuggle in his fur. "You look different from last time~"

Mindy nodded to Gavin and looked around for a place to sit. She spotted a bench and sat down, leaving enough room for Gavin if he'd chose to sit with her.

Michael nodded to Li and then glanced to Niccia as he started walking. "Do you think they'll go after Soul too?" he asked as he walked, going faster than he had on their way to the gym. The news of the Arcanines worried him, and Gavin had to know about it too. He looked at his Cyndaquil partner, who was awfully quiet. It looked like the news had unsettled him too.

Andy watched Varina drink when Frosiien spoke again. "I only got Varina yesterday," he said. "I haven't had a battle since then. I wasn't planning on using her in a battle though, unless she wants to. I think she had lived with getting orders for a long time and she deserves a break from it all." He turned to Varina. "Right?"

Soul felt Penny on his back, he sighed softly.
"I ran into my brother." He said as she settled down, "He dispelled my illusion. You know how I feel about my heritage to... him." He moved to gently rest his head against his front paws. He looked to the two trainers with a small flick of his tail. "It's weird seeing him so relaxed around another human."

Gavin moved to sit beside Mindy with a glance away. He didn't lock eyes wit her to start with, looking away, especially as Fez looked at him and ran off into the bushes
"Fez where are you going?" Gavin called out before his head was gently moved to face Mindy, something pushing at the edge of his lips to make him smile awkwardly. "Dausiin." Gavin mumbled before a giggle echoed from in between the two humans.

Li followed after the two trainers quietly, making sure they were in his sight at all times.
Niccia looked towards Michael as he asked the question, she frowned a little bit. "Possibly. He is a descendant..." She started before she moved to grip the bridge of her nose, "They could.. Be okay with Soul, as he's a descendant of Darkrai after all." She shuddered at the name.
"The beast can look after himself and anyone if he needs to." Li added with a sway of his tail, "I have seen him at his full power when we were split up from you a while ago. He is... Scary when angered."

Varina jumped when Andy spoke to her, moving to give a gentle nod as she realized what he was asking. "Yes sir."
Frosiien gave a small smile at Andy's words, "You are incredibly thoughtful." She said, leaning against her hand as her elbow rested on the table.
Her hair slipped down the side of her shoulders, as her eyes glistened as she watched the male. Mitch stopped sipping his coffee and noticed the look in her eyes. "Ma'am." He said softly, moving to gently put his wing on her free arm.

"I know~" Penalopy chimed and she settled in Soul's fur as he made himself comfortable. When he talked about Gavin she too looked in their direction. "It's amazing, isn't it? She must be a special human, but she looks rather average so far. But I'm happy for Gav~"
She started humming, a pleasant melody filled the air and it made people stop to try and see where it came from, but they soon went on their way again, smiling to themselves as they enjoyed the tune.

Mindy heard the giggle and looked around, but couldn't see anyone. Was it one of the two legendaries that could turn invisible? Probably so. She flashed a smile to Gavin, the poor guy seemed as awkward as she felt. She pushed some hair behind her ear and looked ahead again.
Then she heard the melody, it was relaxing. "That's nice," she said. "Is that the Meloetta?"

Michael nodded as he continued to the Pokémon Center. It wasn't long before he saw the roof of the building. They would soon be there now. He decided to send a text to his uncle to see if he was on his way back too. Maybe Varina would know more about these hunters.

Andy drank from his coffee as he returned the look, noticing how her hair slipped down and her posture. "One of my many good talents," he commented. "And I would love to get the opportunity to show you more of my talents."
Kim looked up at Andy, pausing the snacking on the treats. "I hope he doesn't mean what I think he means..." she sighed.
While thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Frossien, and getting to know her, the notification of his cellphone tore his attention away from her and he checked his phone. A frown appeared as he read the text message. "Apparently there is some trouble and my nephew wants to consult Varina." He looked at Frossien. "If I were to leave, does that mean our ways part, or will you join me? If you're not otherwise engaged I'm sure my nephew would love to meet you."

Soul closed his eyes as he listened to Penalopy's singing.
"As beautiful as always M'lady." He said softly, not wanting to interrupt her. "Niccia herself has fallen for a Human as well." He said gently, "Michael is a kind Man."

Gavin waved away Dausiien as he nodded to Mindy.
"Yeah, that's Penalopy." He said with a small smile, her music relaxed him more than he expected it to. He shuffled slightly closer to Mindy as he listened, before Fez suddenly popped up between them and handed a small flower to Gavin, moved his Trainers arm over and tapped against Mindy's leg before disappearing again.

Li lifted his head as he heard a melody, his tail swayed and his maw opened slightly, as if he was about to let out a growl or a noise but nothing came out.
Niccia looked back at her Larger Pokemon as she started to hear the music, "Penny!" She said happily before she ran towards the Pokecenter.
Li let out a growl as Niccia left his sight, but he stayed with Michael.

Frosiien's pale cheeks flushed slightly as Andy offered to show her his other 'talents', "Oh my, I'd definitely be interested to see~" She replied with a bit of a wink, getting her elbow smacked by Mitch.
She lifted her arm as she shot her Guardian an angry look before she looked to Andy with a soft smile. "I would love to meet your Nephew," She started, the air around her growing a bit shiny due to ice shards forming due to her happiness. "Anyone who has come across Darkrai and survived is someone I'd love to meet."

Varina watched Frosiien before she looked to Mitch.
"Does she always do this? Is this what Humans do?" She looked towards Kim, visibly confused.
"She's fallen in love." Mitch grumbled, hitting his head gently onto the table with a sigh, "Why did she have to fall in love."

Mindy looked down at her leg when she felt the tap and then noticed the flower in Gavin's hand. A blush covered her cheeks. "That's a pretty flower..." she said, soon realising she hadn't seen Gavin pluck it. While she hadn't been looking directly at him, surely she would have noticed him move from the corner of her eye.

Penalopy stopped singing when she heard about Michael. "I have to meet him!" she said as she jumped up.
"I'm sure you will, miss Penalopy," James quickly said. "They are on their way back. Please be patient a little while longer." The last thing he wanted was to follow her across town searching for them. Much to his relief the Meloetta lowered herself on Soul's back again and continued her song.

"Niccia!" Michael called and he too started running. He didn't know who Penny was or why Niccia suddenly called her name, but she was happy about it. Then he heard a beautiful song and he slowed down as he listened to it. When he noticed it came from the Pokémon Center he ran faster again.

Benny flew ahead and reached the Pokémon Center first, looking at the gathered people. Bear stayed behind Michael, he couldn't trust Li to properly protect Andy's nephew.

"Then I will pay and we'll be on our way," Andy said as he got up. "You all can finish your food and drinks if you like. I'll be right back." He winked to Frosiien. "We can talk about talents and such another time." With that he walked away to pay at the counter.

Kim turned to Varina. "I don't think Andy should be taken as an example of what the average human does," she said. "Humans are very diverse; their desires, tastes, methods... what humans like or how they do something depend on their individual preferences. But one thing I have observed: their mating rituals are... complex."
