oh and "oka-san" or simply "ka-san" is what a husband calls his wife; apparently it is also tradition for a wife to call the husband "anata" but that's up to you

2 notes: Chunjiro was scared of women as a kid so this is all new and confusing to him. I picked the Edo period as the setting, because it was a time of relative peace for samurai and the technology is like... kind of advanced? So some plumbing, stoves, etc. Though, since they're in a rural area, they have a well. :D

Aaah it's been a hot minute, sorry about that. Might make a laundry list for Chunjiro's siblings--he has three sisters and three brothers.
Some are bit quieter, but Maika and Takeru make enough noise for all of them. The youngest is just a baby still, and Chunjiro loves her with his entire heart, so I hope they can all meet Haru soon :D.

I've put 'em in the CHAR tab. Also, I was thinking, since the rice kind of needs to cook a bit, either we could skip over it and get to the market, or... do something else? Whatever you'd like.
