That's kinda interesting! I don't know a lot a lot about the universe, but my sister loves Sailor Moon and I'm kinda into it.

I would be interested only it's been two decades since I watched the anime and remember very little aside from the main cast and the theme song. How much of a massive problem would that present?

This is a reallllllly outdated reply, but... I like them both.
Ok original takes the cake for being a childhood anime

Rework (Sailor Moon: Crystal) follows the manga better. Original just had that huge world-building.
I like both cause who doesn't like magical girls? (PMMM is a special case though)
