"Hah! Guess you could probably say I'm going to help clean their larder out, or uh.. fridge I think? That's probably what they're using these days. But out here in the middle of no where, who can tell?"
Guy would call out before moving his way back to the kitchen.
Seeing as the cabinets were half full, he'd eagerly start searching through.
As he did, he would almost instinctively sort whatever food was there alphabetically first, and then by size. Small cans, big cans, then big boxes if there was anything like that for baked goods, or dough crumbs, etc. Not seemingly fully aware of it at first. In fact, seeming rather out of it until he was asked a question.

"It smells like dead flesh in here."
He would mutter out as Ali asked something he didn't quite fully mentally process.
Before he would slowly turn around. Staring at Ali, taking a moment to process as if his brain was buffering.

"Anything but meat then!"
He laughed. "Beans are usually a long lasting, and filling part of a meal. Almost everyone has some form of beans. 'B' for beans. Although rice would be good it spoils very easily as a grain. so no 'R' for rice. Maybe 'A' for apples? Do they have any preserved apple slices, sometimes its used in baking and canned they add a lot of preservatives. 'I' for icecream... no that'd be melted by now, unless they still have power... 'N' for noodles...? If there's left over instant ramen those could last for years really."

"How does..... Noodles with beans on it sound? Maybe even sausage if we're super lucky."
He would search around for just such ingredients, organizing and taking what he could to make some kind of bean noodle soup.

U0iiiko7ppppoorklI’llAli saw Guy’s expression and she sees him go into shock. She walks over to the trash can and picks up the trash can and picks it up, then walks over to the back door. She walks outside and sits the trash can down before walking back inside. She sees Guy is freaking out as she try to understands as she hopes the smell of rotten flesh will be gone soon.

Ali search through a drawer to find matches and candles. She lights a couple of candles as she smells something good. She remembers seeing her first dead person, you have stay and collected. She walks over to Guyand gives him a hug to calm down.nmmzii

Guy would be acting awkward, although he wouldn't be vocal as to why for now. Although his skin looked clammy, and he was drooling a tad. Constantly wiping at his mouth to hide that. As his eyes started to grow shifty as Ali disposed of the trash elsewhere. He did look slightly relieved to see some cleaning done.

Once the trash was gone he would try to focus back on cooking.
He was cooking a beans and noodles in one pot, and frying sausage in another pan. Spicing up the sausage a bit.

He didn't expect affection, let alone a hug from Ali.
His attire spine straightening and his tongue practically shooting out of his mouth in a quiet yelp.

"Oh um, are you alright?"
He wiggled just a little, but wasn't trying to struggle away.

"As for the power outage, don't think I can do much about that. More of a cleaner specifically than a electrician, might be dangerous actually with so much rain around-"

Ali let him go of him go, she is thinking she made things worse by hugging him. Next time Guy freaks out again she will put a comforting hand on his shoulder.

“I am fine, it is the first nor the last time to see a dead person. I was trying to comfort you.”

Ali is thinking Guy was not expecting that at all but he look like he was going to pass out a moment ago. She had to calm him down in some wayl they just met and know little bit each other.

“I can find more candles, to add more light.”0

"Apologies, Apologies. I was uhm, surprised is all. It's fine, just, didn't know how to react. It's,.... not often for that type of interaction is all."
Guy would stumble to clarify. Rubbing at the side of his face awkwardly. He didn't really expect hugs, or affectionate touch all that often His shoulders slumping inward as if trying to make himself smaller, perhaps easier to wrap arms around in general.

Candles would do nicely."
He'd pause for a moment. "Just no summoning circles. Don't want any troublesome entities running around here again."

"The dead would be protective here too since, well... there's a couple of them freshly dealt with here."

Ali blush a light shade of pink as she feels awkward at the moment. She stirs the sauce with sausages in the pan. She did not want the food to be ruin or burnt before she ore searching through the closet where she found the garbage bags. She finds a box of black candles and lights them. She is glad to see some light in this creepy cabin.

“I am glad you came back to your senses. I do not intill to summon a spirit nor bring back the dead. Besides all are in a random pattern to not put us in danger.”

Ali looks at the candles as they flip ear as she guess there is a draft, as she did not check out the other rooms in the cabin.@AwesomeZero5

The food was nearly done as it was. Most of it was boiled or frying high and fast. It was all cooked fairly plain so not too much flair too it. Although Guy did watch Ali stir. His eyes did notice the blush across her face, but was rather interested in seeing how she handled cooking even more so.

"Good, cause they can be quite picky eaters."
Guy let out a snort, before shaking his head.
Seeing as he was still in the kitchen, he'd go ahead and grab a plate or two.
Either that, or whatever smaller pot or pan that was around. He practically cleaned the dishware as he touched them.

"I'm going to check the windows."
A moment or two later, he'd bring out a plate of food for Ali.
Before slipping around to make the windows of the other rooms were closed.

Ali add some pepper to food to add some flavor to the food. Then put some food on the plates before putting the plates of food on the table.she hears he chains rattle in the closet. She guess it it is a ghost, she doubt Guy would not try to scare her. To her he seems nice. She hopes the ghost settles down beforeGuy gets back, he May freak out again.

“Guy, the food is ready.”

The chains stops rattling and a chair move. She guess a ghost wanted some company as she fill two glasses of water from the sink. She may have summon a ghost when she light the black candles.to her the ghost seem friendly to not hurt to hurt her or Guy.

Guy would return after making sure all the windows were closed. Seemed he was worrying about nothing, as he hadn't found any of them open. So far as he could see the rooms were relatively, neat. He couldn't help himself from fixing bed sheets, or moving things a couple inches here or there.
So it would take maybe ten minutes for him to return, he got obsessive over small things occasionally.

He would return after and miss all the chain rattling.
But he did hear some of the noise in the background.

"Did you move something....?"
He'd ask on his return.
Before grabbing a plate, and eating off of it.

“I may have summon a ghost, when I light those candles. Don’t worry the ghost is friendly intill you make it mad.”

Ali is wondering if he like the food, she did add some spice to the food from the spice rack, the spices was label to not get them mixed up. To her she know some of the spices and herbs used in food or medicine. She stay away from the spices and herbs she did not know, to her it seems like they belong to some crazy potions or scientists experiments. She notices the stop raining, she did not know if it is dawn or dusk.

"So you think this... ghost has some connection or history with that governor guy? Well guess there was that demon book here and all that you're worried about."
Guy scratched behind his ears. "Quite an interesting one to know how to... summon all that stuff."

He would get up and move back a good distance from the candles. Not wanting to be in the middle of a summoning circle, or seance. He didn't seem as afraid of the ghost directly as it seemed awkward to be in the middle of the mystic ritual per say.

He practically finished the food in front him after that.
Seemed he enjoyed it, though he hadn't noticed Ali added stuff while he was away.

Ali finish her food and is glad tell Guy enjoy the spice that she added to the food. She is thinking they get some rest before they going up the mountain but have that ghost is trying to help or warn or help them" she got up and walks over to the sink to wash the dishes she is wondering how bad of shape the bedrooms are in and she guess they are spooky too.

Guy would raise a brow a bit apprehensive about summoning ghosts in general but would not voice the matter as much. He would shake his head a little at the mention of possible possession. He would make sure to stay away from the ritual.

"The sun's rising already? Guess that means the clouds overhead are clearing out too. An unfortunate stop to the down pouring rain."
He'd sigh, before going to the kitchen to clean off his dish as well.
It took less than a blink of an eye for his dish to become sparkly clean.

"I'll go ahead and take a nap. Make some noise if something happens..."
He would sneak away to a bedroom for a nap. Although would slide furniture to block the door behind him.
In case the magic ritual did go wrong. On a good note, the bedrooms should be relatively clean since Guy had visited them earlier. Nothing removed, just organized and well scrubbed.

Ali understands why he wanted to stay away he wanted to stay away from the candles and she blows them out, she thinking they did not need them anymore as the sun has rise. She nod at guy as he went to take a nap. She walks to another bedroom’s to take a nap herself.she fall asleep and up with strange dreams. She thoght she heard a scream and wakes up.@AwesomeZero5

Guy would grumble awake as a scream was heard in the house. He would slowly rise out of his bed and look around the room first. He wasn't fully awake/lucid at the moment so his vision felt blurry. Not to mention, he was groggy overall. It would take a couple of minutes for him to move the furniture from his door.

But not long after, he would look into the hallway to investigate.
It didn't sound like Ali, or at least he was fairly certain it wasn't Ali screaming.
He hoped they didn't end up summoning an angry ghost in the middle of the night. But who knew what was possible?

Ali is thinking she may have scream while she was asleep but it seems the scream cane from a crawl space above her. To her io her it cercern Guy to come to look for her. She stands on the bed to get to the crawl space. She found needles and syringes with some kind of liquid on them. She is wondering what the liquid is but does not touch it.
