Well, an idea I probably won't be able to do could be a small sailing vessel/private yacht traveling the world. What they do while traveling would be an added gimmick like solving crime, mythological (treasure)/xenobilogical (cryptid) exploration (hunting), or committing crimes. Although for a free-RP I'd suggest something simple as fight-club, but not a fight-club.

Another idea could be a team of test-pilots, or a flying exhibition team. Just add a few aliens and mechs and you'd have plenty of hooks in the water for that.

Another end of the coin would be a convoy/caravan escort traveling through pirate-infested waters/the green zone, basically just making sure everybody gets the basics for rebuilding a near/post-apocalyptic society. If that doesn't work, throw aliens zombies and cryptits at it until it is interesting. Lots of armed yachts/merchant-ships or mad-max gun-trucks to play with.

@Foster okay, i am kinda interested in the private yacht committing crimes thing, we could probably play two henchmen of a mafia boss sent out on this yacht to commit crimes along the way while trying to find and kill his biggest rival

So a Pirates vs convoy-escorts RP? Alt-reality age-of-sail and crossing the T and whatnot with fantasy-races actually kinda sounds like something we could pitch to a group.

nah, i don't want any pirates or stuff like that involved, but i would be open to people on other boats or yachts trying to stop them, and they either end up killed or robbed by the henchmen
