I'm Torack, and I've been RPing for well over a decade and consider myself lazy-lit. I can write anywhere between 200-800 words on any given post, and I tend to post pretty regularly, but I will at least post once a week (hopefully at the bare minimum). If or any reason I can't drop a post, I'll be sure to let you know!
I'm a fan of writing intense stories with living worlds, deep characters that have their own goals and motivation, especially of those motivations tend to clash from time to time. I love conflict, drama, and bittersweet endings. Making our characters work get what they want, only for it to get yanked away at the last moment. Where there's intense romance and very steamy story without it becoming constant smut. 50/50 is the sweet spot.
I'm very ghost-friendly. This is just a hobby, and real life always comes first. A quick message is definitely appreciated, but not expected. If you end up ghosting, I'm more than happy to continue our story when you come back.
Now for the ideas:
Nick and Martin are a pair of Changelings that own the hottest club in the city, but are also a pair that are notoriously well connected. Having favours owed to them from Werewolf Alphas, and Vampiric Sires, to Congressmen, Made Men, street thugs, and Mob Dons, and it is said, even world leaders. They're known to make things happen and give power to those they want, so long as their due is paid when they call in their favour.
A famous Hollywood actor goes mad and dies right before filming a highly anticipated film expected to dominate the box office. A vampiric Sire is seen babbling nonsense in his manor days before he's found ripped to shreds on the eve of an important meeting with the Council. A congressman leaks pictures of his own affairs and accepted bribes then is seen running into an oncoming train in his underwear laughing manically.
All of these incidents happened within the span of a week. Everyone suspects the Fae, but no one is brave enough to say it out loud. Your Character is. A fiery, sassy journalist wants to write an expose on two unseeming men who have the most powerful men and women in their palms, and they willingly invite her to their office
Raban has lived in the same manor for as long as the country has existed. He's always kept a low profile. But there have been rumours spreading about him, despite his efforts to make things seem normal. There are some who claim he's lived for hundreds of years, and others share stories of lost tourists and street workers who go missing every few months, and how it's been the same person living in that one manor this whole time. Those who get too close to the truth, are left dazed for days, confused or hospitalized.
YC is a huntress who's caught wind of these rumours and believes Raban to be a vampire. Breaking into his home, she seeks to destroy him, only to find Raban isn't alone. Another vampire is in the manor, one named Mark, and YC finds that she has been lured into a trap.
YC is the CEO of a multi-billion dollar brand, and carries a name widely known throughout the world. She is the youngest woman to ever become a billionaire and this has put a target on her back. Thus, she goes to her R&D division and gets a top of the line Secure Armoured Machine (SAM), an AI robot with biological parts, but no personality and only does as its told.
However, as it arrives back at YC's home, its personality suppressor malfunctions and SAM not only gains autonomy, but becomes self aware. What follows would be an intense romance between our characters while they're in-doors, but in public he plays the role of her security guard, easily dispatching and eliminating threats in her way.
It is said that there's an island hidden deep within the Shattered Isles filled made entirely out of gold and treasure, amassed by a pirate lord known as Captain Dorado, and hidden away from the rest of humanity upon his death. The Shattered Isles are named thus not only because of their shattered and haphazard arrangement, but because of how many ships were destroyed trying to reach Dorado's island.
There's a rumour that a young woman, a descendant of Dorado, knows how to traverse the Shattered Isles and get to this island. Many think it false, but one particular captain decides to take this young woman on his ship to see the truth of things.But on their voyage through the Shattered Isles, they find that they've probably chewed up more than they bargained for.
