I wanted the symbol for a shield, but I think I am going to vary the cast a bit, and make it easier on the GM.

I think I'll Aurkanthis, the woodland ranger from the Oakenhaven region.

Ok, so ideas. Please point out any holes in it.

Thinking twins.
Shy female light bringer.
Clergy type who already worshipped the light goddess before this all begun.
Magic - healing, light barriers, summoning temporary creatures made of light. (corporeal light spirits)

Human male. Not blessed or taken by the dark
bit opposite his sister, more outspoken, very loyal and protective.
he's a good fighter and a skilled artificer. and can scribe sigils (if that's even a skill).
(As for artificer gadgets maybe things like wrist a crossbow, retractable blades, flashbang like explosions ect depending on the level of fantasy tech you will allow, maybe a clockwork creature)

Thoughts, feelings, limits, ideas? Any of that too similar to an existing character?

That's pretty different than what we have. We do have someone named Nova who produces barriers and aoe buff spell but we dont have any sigil makers or healers. So those work.

I went and checked Nova's magic to make sure the barrier is thematically different but can't see it.

Anyway, should have the twins up later today :D
