Seventh. Romantic content MUST be kept at the PG-PG13 level.
Eighth. I have no problems with including dark subject matters, like in the Anime itself.

PLOT
All Might has retired and is now a teacher at the UA High. The LOV is no longer targeting All Might, but is targeting to recruit and gain followers to take over the world and become the strongest Villains of all-time. They have even invented a drug that boosts Quirks but slowly gains control over the subjects that use them. The LOV being the only ones that sell the enhancement drug.
