I apologize if I offended you with my comment by the way, I genuinely hope all players interact with the world as much as possible. It won't be fun if they don't! As for Spirits and Sand, do think hard how these two could be thematically tied. What would spirits in this setting be? How would they take form? What events would have to take place for the formation/birth of a spirit to take place? Will they all be born the moment your deity assumes the Domain of Spirits? These are just some questions, feel free to think on it deeper.

It is fine. Honestly, I like the combo and am not sure what else could tie in with spirits. Though nature spirits are a thing, and what kind is dependent on where they are and what they are. Like an elemental or river spirit. Going to think about that. Or how at least in the rp. Sand is the first thing we see and how my character seems to be made of it or of similar stuff. That the first or among the first creations of beings outside of the gods are spirits that my character makes.

Spirits in the setting would at first be simple beings made of energy, and as the rp goes on, and perhaps a physical or mortal world is created. Spirits would reflect what kind of environment they are in. They take form based on their surroundings or who made them. That is dependant on my character on what events take place to how they are made(still thinking about it.) When my character assumes the Domain of Spirits, some will, but not all, or it depends on if there is a mortal realm or anything when that happens,

I'm curious, why sand in particular? Is there a god concept you already have in mind? Maybe if you tell us what you want to play we can make a suggestion. (of course it's up to you)

It is a combo I like, and I had a character in mind. But I would have to change it a bit since we have an Earth and a Secrets God. Plus, how Sand and Earth was close to each other, I may just swap out Sand for something else.
