Out of curiosity, was Zuggtmoy being the one waiting in the forbidden chamber all part of the plan from the very beginning or did the idea come to you when I mentioned gas spores in Leo's backstory?

I got a 20 for the Arcana check and an 8 on my Initiative roll, which I use my Pact of the Talisman to add a 4 to, bringing it up to 12.
