"Creating the first few rooms in a new department this far back was challenging, so we started first with a place you can wash and freshen up and then some form of cafeteria. Exiting the Restrooms you should find yourself in front of a hot dog stand between the two streets where you can probably purchase nourishment. There should be a hot dog stand of some form or another that springs up at the thoroughfare between the junction where the two streets meet, every time. How is this achieved? Certain anthropological calculations mean that a hot dog stand should -always- appear at that particular intersection throughout time, if you walk out of the restrooms and it is NOT a hotdog stand you must immediately make your extraction via the side alley across the road to your right or extract via the car that is left there. You cross the street past the hotdog stand, to which you raise an eyebrow as you checked over what someone was eating and walk over to the abandoned derelict.

At that point you notice a Federal Mail courier with a package under one arm. You decide to tail him and notice that upon walking up to the derelict he just drops the mail by the front door instead of in the mail box. You just cant get the staff these days...

This is Quantico Armourer: Sgt. Daniel Bradley (recently moved to this department on a temporary basis) to serve as your acting Quartermaster until such time as i am moved on to my next Agency appointment... Can you belive this British guy?

I have taken a look at the equipment stores that i was given access to, indeed most of them are antiques left over from the war and well below standard for an Agency. With the resources i was given i have put the majority of it in mothballs, which took quite a few weeks working alone...

The remaining pieces i considered combat effective were in an unservisable condition.

There were by my count over 40 K98ks which according to my documentation were purchased by my predacessor upon the victory of ww2, in 1949. All of them purchased at discount. There were a good number of M1 and M3 Carbines which i consider practical but i have donated them to the Civilian Marksmanship Program. Some pieces were traded at auction due to the impending approach of the Assault Weapons Ban, in order to afford the Department with inexpensive equipment from jurisdictions i considered to be an oppertunity as i had already begun to assess the impact on firearms manufacturers world-wide shortly before being offered my transfer here."
