@Silly - I don't even know Nimie's abilities, but I don't doubt it. My thoughts were that Asteria would give the Director of DDA a run for his money - though believe it or not, that's not where any of the brain storming came from!

Edit: Besides her feeling uncannily familiar, which yeah, Asteria would see through (if that's what you meant!).

I would imagine for Asteria, she would instantly see something for what it is. Especially as she is a Demigod (stronger bloodline), I imagine when it comes to gifts, hers would be measurably stronger anyway.

I do have a question, are Nimue's origins really obvious with the references, or just enough mystery so it requires a little deduction.

@Silly - For me it's mysterious. But I'm also autistic and take things literal, so when you said Nimue is not from Arthurian myth ... I'm not sure who her bloodline would be from. Of course I haven't looked either, since I enjoy mystery. ^.^ In this case, Asteria could see through the illusion but doesn't mean she automatically has the knowledge of where it comes from.

@Silly Just reading the CS, I wouldn’t know who her parentage is.

@tadcfnaf If you could flesh out the Awakening part a bit more with detail that would be great. Being a demigod, he would be powerful but I don’t know if it would be enough to bring his dad back to life. Many demigods have to go down to the Underworld to retrieve loved ones. Perhaps his dad is comatose? That would give him reason to try and find a way to bring him back?

Also, it would have been a nice to place it here to be approved before the CS. Just as a courtesy since you also didn’t PM me about him. But it’s okay.

But overall, I like Joesph’s concept! An interesting twist on having him heal with Apollo. That’s usually a Hermes thing. I could see using sunlight as a healing factor though. :)
