The massive Wookie yelped with pain as the younglings horns punched into him. With a growl that sounded somewhere between annoyed and enraged, he reached a massive hand toward the one who dared strike him.

"Chewie, that's enough!" said Solo. The smuggler knew that Chewbacca wouldn't hurt the kids. Not much anyway. Dropping the helmeted youngling back to the ground, he let out a series of quick roars.

"I know she headbutt you, but I'm sure its a misunderstanding." he said. "Friends of yours, kid?"

Adam let out a sigh, rubbing the bridge of his nose with his thumb and forefinger. "Yea, unfortunately." he said. "Han, meet Padawans Jin and Bastian. I honestly might have expected something like this."

Bastian quickly stood up and tried to square off with the wookie that dwarfed him. He could only imagine how ridiculous he looked.

Jin clearly wasn't done being upset. "Master Adam, you can punish me in a moment." She walked right up to Chewbacca, comically small in comparison to the adult Wookie. And then she told him off, quite fiercely, growling in her slightly rusty Shriwook.
<"You tangled-fur no fang! Don't mess with him! He is mine. My pack mate! If you mess with him, you mess with me! And I'll bite whatever I reach!">

With that settled, she sighed and turned back to the humans. "Hello General Solo, nice to meet you. Sorry for ruining your meeting. Master, don't punish Bastian. He only came to try and stop me." This was not a new conversation, unfortunately. Jin was trouble, from trying to improve the internal cooling systems without permission, to breaking into a closet to borrow a tool or two. But she never admitted to her constant companion being part of it.

Maybe it was the street kid part of her, but selling someone else out to save her own hide was unthinkable.

General Solo gave his friend a bemused sideways glance. "Some school you're running here, kid." Chewbacca, for his part, looked incredulous between the two younglings before him.

"I feel like I should be surprised, but it always seems to be the pair of you getting into trouble." said Adam, trying to look like stern. "First of all, I think you owe Chewbacca an apology."

Bastian spoke up on Jin's behalf, not entirely sure if she would apologize in the first place." "We are sorry, Mr. Chewie. Please don't rip my friends arms off." For the first time since he landed, Chewie let out a sound that both Adam and Han recognized as a "wookie laugh". The great hairy beast patted the top of Bastian's helmet in a friendly notion. Giving a quick glance to Jin, he went back to the docked ship. To his credit, he only walked with a slight limp.

"Now," said Adam. "How much did the two of you hear?"
