Booker has a somewhat thin, yet very well athletically toned body, built for endurance and long periods of running. With all of the time he spends outside, he has a nice natural tan that that works well with his semi-short brown hair. The things that stick out in his appearance are his eyes, which are an electric blue color due to his powers. His body is built for speed, with a lean and thin figure to help him with that.
Personality: Booker is a calm and relaxed person, Always thinking about the here and now, but occasionally stops to plan ahead. He's a man to live in the moment, taking the time to stop and enjoy all of the things around him, because he knows well that it could all change within a matter of minutes in his line of work.
Power(s) : Plasma Manipulation: When generated, it appears as a light blue color, and can me manipulated and molded to however Booker sees fit. He can store the plasma in his body, but he can only store so much before it needs to be released, or he explodes in a giant ball of plasma. With the plasma stored in his body, it will occasionally surge through his body and make it appear as if electricity is flowing through him. The surges can sometimes effect his nerves and muscles, causing spasms, but it is a rare occurrence. The use of his plasma manipulation spreads out so he can control Fire, Electricity, and to very little extent, light. The use of his ability is taxing on his body, and when overused, he can pass out from complete exhaustion.
