Caitlyn walked along with Jack keeping her thoughts peaceful trying out her theory to see if it was right or not. She trusted that the Doctor would let them know if there was trouble. Rose was walking with the Doctor, wondering how he enjoyed being worried over this time. She took in what the planet looked like trying to see what its inhabitants were like. What kind of trouble did the TARDIS drag them into this time? She smiled looking forward to it.

JAck was looking around, he seemed interested by the planet. Even if it was dangerous and messed with his head. He kept alert encase of anything going wrong. He wasn't sure what he would do without his gun.
The Doctor continued walking, he heard something. This time it was for real. There was a low growl as some giant dog like creature soon revealed itself and charged straight for him.

Rose saw the dog like thing coming straight for the Doctor. She was not going to lose him just as she just got him back. Caitlyn looks in the wrong direction as Rose got the Doctor out of the way, which was simple to do since this one was skinny enough to do so. "Is that a dog of some sort? I adore dogs!" She said happily loving any sort of cute animal really.

The Doctor looked serious "That is no normal dog, nor a dog you should even be careless around, It is not friendly." He get up and looked around. The dog creature was growling and it charged at the doctor again.
The Doctor this time was knocked back and bitten.
Jack looked panicked. He fumbled for his gun remembering he doesn't have it. "DOCTOR,"

"Doctor!" Rose shouted scared as a rock hit the dog on the head Caitlyn glaring.
"OI! Mutt face, get off him!" Caitlyn yelled trying to distract it. She knew it wasn't friendly, but hell, she wasn't about to have her cousin going through the absence of the Doctor in her life again. She had to get the dog to come after her for a bit so that at least someone could shoot it with the gun that Jack had brought. "Who wants just bones to eat eh? Well, come at me!" She yelled and took off once it took her words seriously. "GET THE GUN AND SHOOT IT PLEASE!" She said having no idea where she was going, or really where the dog was, just using her instincts to slide to a sudden direction and immediately getting up once more running in a random direction, Rose tending to the bite mark taking the gun looking to Jack.
"Here, you give him treatment, I'll hit the dog thing." She said standing up. She shot a gun before, sending the mind of the Devil to the Black Hole, but never before to a moving target and where she could possibly hurt her cousin.

The dog was growling as it leaped off the Doctor, it was looking back at the Doctor and then at Caitlyn. The dog growled more is looking ready to attack again. Jack rushed to the Doctor's side and tried to at least stop the bleeding and make sure he was ok.
The Doctor groaned and was in pain, He knew that he would be ok , he was determined to carry on as well.
He didn't really agree with them shooting it, but there wasn't much that could be done in this situation.

Rose softly kisses the Doctor's cheek. "I'm sorry, I know if it were up to you, you'd let him go." She apologized knowing just how the Doctor felt about it. She then stood up straight aiming the gun at the dog shooting at it, hitting one of the muscles in the legs to make it stop moving. Caitlyn sighs stopping from running dusting her pants off.
"I have a feeling you spared its life." Caitlyn said turning in the direction of the TARDIS as she spoke thinking she was talking to Rose, who turned her around.
"I did. I just shot at it's leg. But if it wants to continue living, it should get out of here and away from us. There's no way I'll forgive it, if there's real harm done to the Doctor." Rose said seriously and went to the Doctor and Jack seeing what she could do for the Doctor. Caitlyn stayed where she was controlling her breathing and once more centering her thoughts on something calming.

The Doctor was glad she had spared it. He groaned and leaned on them a bit dizzy. He still was determined to do more exploring. Once he was fully on his feet and balanced he looked around.
The dog ran off and was out of sight.
JAck was looking at him "Sure you want to carry on? You are injured and what if there is worse out there." He didn't want the Doctor hurt even worse, or killed. Jack didn't want the Doctor to regenerate either.
"I should be fine." The Doctor grimaced from pain.

Rose thought about it. She didn't want the Doctor to go through another regeneration neither. That first time had been scary and weird. Plus she had felt for a few moments in time where she thought he wouldn't like her as much as the last him had. "Well, since you're sure. If you get any more dizzy though I think sending either Jack or Caitlyn to get some bandages and your pain killer won't be such a bad idea." She said placing her hand in his worry in her eyes. Caitlyn shook her head certain she had seen a kid running around giggling. Well at least this hallucination wasn't too bad.

The Doctor was looking paler and he closed his eyes, The bite had been poisonous and he was trying to fight it. He knew it wouldn't cause him to regenerate this time, but he knew more serious attacks would.
He carried on walking though.
Jack dashes off to get some bandages and stuff and then come running back and saw to the Doctor's wounds better.

Rose helped Jack with the bandages Caitlyn admonishes the imaginary kid.
"Don't go running all crazy like that! You'll hurt yourself." She said her tone motherly without her noticing it had gone so. She turned her head. "Is the Doctor okay?" She asked not facing the right direction.
"He'll be okay thankfully. We have to get to somewhere that you can breathe without hallucinating Cat."

The Doctor tried to carry on, He got suddenly light-headed and fainted. Jack looked around and noticed the Doctor had fainted. He grabbed him before he hit the ground and he sighed.
"Think hes poisoned."
Jack wondered if they would be better off returning to TARDIS.

Rose looked at the Doctor worried and bit her lip.
"But of course we have to get him to safety. If he got poisoned, its a good idea to get it out of his system and quick. And somewhere safe is better. Now move." Caitlyn said in her most authoritative tone...looking once more in the wrong direction but it gave Rose the needed strength to quit worrying right then, and move so that he didn't have to regenerate again.
"Jack, I'll help you carry him, Caitlyn can stay out here until he's safe and I'll give Jack the breathing mask so that you can get her to the TARDIS safely. Cat...for goodness sake just stay here."
"Why would I go anywhere? Unless I'm suddenly attacked again, I'll just be right here." Caitlyn promised turning in the direction in which the dog thing had ran off to. Rose had the feeling that something would cause her cousin to stray but couldn't worry about it then taking one side of the Doctor and helping Jack get him to the TARDIS and to safety.

"Yeah please Cat no matter how tempting it is," Jack didn't want her to get injured or to have to go search for her. He helped carry the Doctor to the TARDIS. He knew that the Doctor been poisoned wasn't good.
"oh Doctor." He sighed. He helped her carry the Doctor to the medbay and lay him down.
The Doctor just moaned and refused to let the poison win too much. He though looked very pale laying there. He whimpered with pain he he groaned more. He couldn't protect anybody when he wasn't awake.

"Don't worry Doctor, I'm sure that the TARDIS will protect us in your stead." Caitlyn was sitting on the ground, the small kid still running around.
"I don't think the ship has anything for the bite that the wolves here produce. There are some trees here that produce leaves that could help!"
"Sorry kid, you heard the orders. Captains too to boot." Caitlyn said trying to ignore the impulse to check out what the kid had said.

Jack was looking at Rose "I better go get Caitlyn." he said. He was worried she would wander off from her curiosity even if her head wasn't clear. He takes one the masks for Caitlyn to get her back safely.
He ran out and went back "Come on Cat lets head back."
The Doctor was laying there and breathing rather deeply. He awoke and was shivering.

"There there Doctor, what can I help you with?" Rose asked curiously.
"Well...since your here...do you think we could check out the trees?" Caitlyn asks Jack. "Kid, this is the Captain I talked about." She said talking to air. "The kid said that the trees produce a counter attack of the poison the dogs here naturally produce. I don't want to put Rose through another regeneration...although I do think I'd like to see it someday, but way after I get used to all this." Which was to say not again if she could help it. "Do you think its a wise idea to check it out anyway? Ask the TARDIS if she knows it for certain?" She asks looking to the left of where Jack actually was, her line of direction getting a bit better.

"The TARDIS is stocked with medicines... There should be something, There is no kid there Caitlyn." he slipped the mask over her. "Lets get going."
He narrowed his eyes "You can't trust the word of something you aren't sure is really there." Jack was looking at her. "Lets get back to the TARDIS."
The Doctor was shivering, He groaned and tried to reach for the medical scanner.

Rose got the scanner and placed it in the Doctor's hands. Anything she could do to help him she would no questions asked.
Caitlyn smiles and accepts the mask hugging Jack. "Yeah you're right. But don't get used to my saying so mister." She warned with a teasing glint in her eye as she placed her hand in his and went towards the TARDIS.

The Doctor uses it to check for poisoning. He didn't get far as he threw up on the floor, his body was shaking and he seemed to go into shock. He needed Rose to help him. He was pale.
JAck looked at her "Expect in times of danger," there was a serious look in his eyes, He walked back with her and smiled hugging her too.
