If it is AU, in the modern day, would you just want to push the second war up to our current time? What characters were you thinking of using? It could be possible that if the war went south (well technically it did) for the baddies, they could just go into hiding in the modern muggle world and try to figure out how to reclaim their position of power. But again, I'm blanking on a real conflict that can kick start some decent development, it depends if you enjoy slice of life pacing or prefer something else.

Ah, I seem to have muddled it up for you, apologies!
I meant, in a world without magic, there is a virtual reality game called 'Witches!' where the characters of Harry Potter, muggles as can be, take the identity of those of a fictional group called Death Eaters and basically, the goal of the game is to be as 'bad' as can be, as the world is ruthless in that game and they need all the tools they can get their hands on. Now, what would happen if, in this AU, the Death Eaters are in fact only fictional game characters?
How will this change the teenaged cast we will use? As they will do pretty rough things to get stronger in the game, and this may affect their psyche...

I'm not sure if it's something I can get on board. While I think the idea it unique, I'm not sure how much it really ties in with HP as much as I was hoping. In a sense it doesn't really relate to the fandom which sort of takes the fun out of it for me, to be honest.

Hello, so I wanted to put in my interest. I really enjoy fandoms and rping them. I really don't mind playing male or female, but there are some characters I personally feel I do better at. I don't mind doubling either. I prefer writing around 2 paragraphs and just kind of going with the flow. I am in college right now but I ld be able to post a few times every day once we get going. I will let you know if I cant post. I know I would love to do Harry Potter or the Hunger Games.
For a Harry Potter one I had the idea of rewriting the 5th book as if Ron had died like JK orginially thought of doing. And for Hunger Games, I am currently on an Everlark kick and would do just about anything.

I'm cool with Ron dying in year/book five, are there roles you'd be itching to try or pairs?
As for HG, I'm not much of a Peeta/Katniss fan to be honest, I never really believed Katniss shared a romantic interest in Peeta and that the Games were the only way he probably would have gotten to talk to her otherwise since he was fine creepin' around. But I have no qualms to roleplaying it out and seeing if something can develop properly...it just depends on the idea and situation.

Hey there. I'd say craving wise for me...I'm always down for some Harry x Hermione or Draco x Luna or Ginny. Or something even dark, maybe with the Weasley clan sort of becoming evil or possible antagonists. Anything from the books can be reworked or I'm even up for a crossover.
That gave me an idea!
What if, instead of killing her, the horcrux of the diary used Ginny as a way to recruit or harm those that opposed Voldemort? The horcrux of Harry's scar could have merged with his dark thoughts as well and that could lead to both a dark Ginny-Draco and a Harry-Hermione a few years down the road.

Are you saying (cause I wanna make sure I understand right) that the diary made Ginny more dark and sort of did the same thing to Harry? More like releasing some weird dark magic to sort of corrupt them?

Well I don't mind being Harry, depending on what year we're set in. I'm fine if we have a Ron death, it could have happened as JK said, and he's been kind of a git since year four if you ask me. We could try and do two different plots where we each play Harry and then double as either Luna or Hermione, if that makes sense...

I'm fine with being Luna, she's probably the only tolerable character save for Hermione so...
It seems you have a lot of Harry Potter going on, but I thought I'd throw myself out there anyway.
You know in the last movies (if you saw them) they put in the scene where Ron leaves angrily and Harry tries to cheer Hermione up by dancing with her. <3 this scene. I always felt like they had way more chemistry together than Ron and Hermione (in the movies at least it is easier to see) and I also do not like the Harry and Ginny couple. I think the actors ruined it for me in the movie, because they had no chemistry in my opinion.
