Barbara cleared her mind and focused on her surroundings. the crisp, fresh cold air, the snow. It felt good to be able to do something to take her mind off everything. to get out and do something besides foight crime for a littlle while. she would have to come up with a soulution soon though. but shed worry about that whent he time came

Bruce followed Barbara down the slope, but decided to give her some space, she was troubled, and deserved that much. Besides, he would be right behind her if she needed him. Knowing her though, Bruce doubted she would just stop and talk to him about it. He had been so close earlier, almost getting her to talk to him about it. But, the moment had slipped away as quickly as it had came.

Barbara cleared her mind. she would talk about it later to bruce and figure otu a plan, but right now she wanted to enjoy her time and not ruin Bruces time.she grinned as she reached the bottom glad it was only noon

As fun as it was to snowboard, Bruce knew he would have to leave soon, return to the daily grind. It was unfortunate, but all too true. With a sigh, caught by the wind at his face, he skidded to a sharp stop. As he was near the bottom, he let himself slide down until he reached it, glancing over to Barbara hoping that in some way, it would alert her. Bruce leaned down, unbuckling the board, making sure to avoid the pathway if other snowboarders.

Barbara saw Bruce unbuckling from his board and knew all too well that it was time to go. so much for still having awhile. whatever. She unbuckled herself from the board and followed Bruce to return the board. "Ill drive" she offered

Hearing Barbara's offer, Bruce couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "I remember all too well whe you first attempted to drive your 'special' cycle." He cut off the 'bat' from its name, figuring even our here it would be dangerous to mention the affiliation. Though he was still traversing his memories, he passed Barbara the keys. "Sure, in that case I'll just check my blood pressure" He joked, following her towards the car.

Bruce rolled his eyes with a painstakingly slow sigh. "Whatever you say Gordon." He muttered, getting into the passenger seat and awaiting to prepare for a possible car crash in the making.

Barbara threw her stuff in the back and hopped in the front seat. she started up the car and pulled out of the parking lot and onto the road. soon they were on the highway back towards gotham. "Were gunna need a plan" she said finally

Ah, he wondered when she would bring that up. "I know." He said, his eyes taking on a darker shade. "However, is suggest you lay low for a bit until you've slipped under the radar a bit. They wouldn't be dumb enough to attack us at the manor, they would want revenge to be in it's best form. When you are in costume and out there." He leaned back in his seat. "We wait. Then we stroke, but before we can strike we have to bring them to us."
Bruce shrugged nonchalantly and turned to the window. "That's only a suggestion, but I know them, I have a lot riding on this, and I think it could work."

Bruce began to unbuckle his seatbelt, his face from at Barbara's words. After turning to face her, his hand set on the door handle, he spoke firmly. "Let's hope that they don't." He stepped out of the car and shut the door behind him, still thinking of the horrid possibility of Reflex's group getting stronger.

Richard had arrived at the manor earlier that day, he was still on the couch watching television, his hand wrapped in protective gauze.

Barbara sat there for a moment before getting out and shutting the door behind her. She walked into the manner to see Dick on the couch. "back so soon?" she asked putting her stuff at the bottom of the stairs so she could take it back up later. She headed into the kitchen and grabbed an ice pack putting it on her bruised jaw and sitting down next to him.

Reflex was walking through the halls when he saw joker. "new plan" he said and exlained it to him. Joker grinned and went off to find bane. "reflex has a new plan. were going to capture both nightwing and batgirl, bring them to two different locations that are pretty far from each other and tell the bat to choose who hes going to save. if he doesnt make it to either place in either 15 or 20 minutes they both die, if he makes it one of them is safe, and that would leave only two problems to deal with. Then well take the other two out from there. Reflex said something about drowning them unconcious or something so they wont fight back, but i think waterboarding is a much better idea" Joker explained, shrugging when it came to the part about water boarding.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waterboarding i typed waterboarding in to make sure i got it right, and i jut found out appearantly their tied to tables. i always thought you just shoved somebodies head underwater. Im so dumb

Bane smiled grimly, his mask upturning in what could only be perceived as his agreement. "I believe, that this plan is...supplementary to my interests." He nodded, neck muscles bulging at the movement. "I'm ready when you are, my spies have reported that our little bird has just returned home from Bludhaven. So, whenever we can, I suggest we hurry- unless they separate again."
With that, Bane turned and headed away, the ground trembling with each step he took. Revenge was clear in his gaze, filled with fire and malice. The Bat Family would finally shrivel under his hands. They wouldn't just shrivel, they would break- they would be reduced to ash when he was through with them.

Joker laughed with anticipation following bane. This would be fun. the whole ride there was silent, but the eagerness in the air was unmistakable. Finally they arrived. Joker grinned. this was going to be so much fun
