Megumi waved goodbye and sighed, then stood up and jumped into the tree, sitting down. She needed to think things thru, watching the sky.

Kento was heading to speak to the hokaga, needing to pick up the file for the mission and wanted to double check details. He knew his new squad could handle the mission, and his skills would protect them

When Hikari had left Megumi, his hands were already on the right sign as he quietly whispered "Kai." to himself and transformed back to his original form. Hikari didn't really care for confrontation, so if things became bad for him, he would always become somebody else. Hikari walked back to his clan's building in the clan district and was greeted by his mother, who had asked him about his team and his sensei.

The next morning Kento was waiting by the front gates, all his gear on his back. Megumi was making her way towards the front gates, not really paying a lot of attention to where she was going as she moved thru the people of the village, still thinking of her concerns with their first mission

Hikari was walking calmly through out of his clan compound with all the gear that he would need. Luckily for him, Waru was sleeping right next to the compound, since he didn't feel like having to walk all the way from his home to the front gate. Hikari pushed Waru lightly and began to drag him to the gates.

Kento looked up and saw the pair, smiling and waving at them as they reached him. " good morning boys. Good to see you both ready to....go?" He looked at waru then shurgged and said "now we are just missing Megumi....not like her to be late, is it?"

Hikari waved back to their sensei as they had reached him, and shook his head at the second question. "No, not that I know of. I never really knew Megumi before hand, so I don't know her tendencies." Waru slowly rose from the ground and Hikari let go of his collar. "I haven't got any ideas." He shrugged and looked at Hikari.

Kento frowned then looked up to Megumi running over to them from the roof tops, jumping off and landing right next to them. "There you are Megumi. We were getting worried" Megumi stood up and said "I'm sorry sensei, there were a couple things I had to take care of before I could head out....are we ready to go?" Kento nodded and said "we are meeting the priest at the rest stop just outside of town. Now that we are all here, we can get this started"

Hikari nodded at Megumi as Kento did, and kept his eyes focused on her. She was the one currently speaking at the moment, but then turned back to his sensei whe he hegan to speak. The young man nodded again and took a step forward, excited that he was on his first mission. The fact that they would be doing a mission outside of their own country didn't help calm him down either.

Kento smiled and said "alright then, shall we get going? Our first mission as a team, I know you Will all do great" he lead them out of the village gates then took off running, Megumi started to run right after him. She was still worried, but knew spthat she would have to get over her fear some how

Hikari nodded at his sensei, as did Waru, and the two of them quickly followed Kento out of the village gates and off to the man who they would be escorting soon enough. Waru hardly complained about it, but he would grumble every once and a while just out of habit.

Megumi looked over at the two and said "you two ready for this? I mean...really ready for this?" Kento smirked as they ran, already seeing the resting post ahead of them. He was going thru the mission in his mind, hoping this would go smoothly. Then he sighed and muttered " when does anything go smoothly..."

Hikari decided to voice his opinion and looked at Megumi. "It's only a C-Rank mission. There is a possibility of bandits, but nothing more. We might also have to kill if the possible bandits are fierce. It is a bit much for Genin, but we should make it through without too many injuries!" Hikari smiled at her and glanced at Waru, who didn't even huff at the thought of being injured.

Megumi nodded and took a deep breath as they stopped infront of the resting post, looking around for the priest. Kento looked around and said. " he should be here somewhere....I met him last night" then a older man walked from inside the hut, holding tea and a bag. He was saying "thank you my dear, they will be put to good use" then he saw the team and smiled. "Ah, hello master Kento. This must be your team" Kento nodded and said "my new team, ready for anything, isn't that right?"
