Sorry about the lack of continuation I've been busy with personal stuff at school and what not so I'm a bit iffy on posting I'll see what I can do in the near future however which shouldn't be too long.

Aside from Demous needing to post I just went over your post and it kind of doesn't make much sense the guards would get them and or the guys brawling out in the street. What incentive do they have outside of possibly being commissioned by the man who stole the blastia. Even then that seems a bit petty for what is about to go down in mass.

Well I have no idea what to do. I'm seriously struggling to continue in this RP when our characters aren't meeting each other and we don't post for such long periods of time.

Come now the second part is not only my fault it's everyone's. As for characters Cain is wandering around town and if you were near those suspicious characters that means your near Mutsu. Simply bump into the guy or both guys and do SOME talking. Granted I'm more or less free to make up characters but so are you. Here's three or more ideas off the top of my head that don't revolve around interacting with anyone in the crew.

Selling your wares
Finding more contacts to sell with: You're in the middle of a capital city festival.
Enjoy the festival it's pretty much the typical Japanese type festival
Getting into the brawl.
Getting drunk at the pub with an npc of whatever choosing you like or want to make

Man, I'm sorry, but I don't feel interested in this RP anymore. Not only am I managing two RPs myself, but I'm also anticipating starting a job really soon, so I need to devote my time and attention there. Again, I apologize, but I'm just not feeling it anymore.
