I just was about to do a fallout RP IC. I am interested as hell. And I may have missed it but, what level do we start at, and how high/low in the karma levels can I be!?

I am just informing everyone, that if the Original Poster doesn't post soon, that I will be making my Fallout Rp as originally intended before the discovery of this thread. All of you who have shown interest in a Fallout Rp are welcome to join me, when and if I do end up making my own. ^^

Sounds good to me, as long as there's a Fallout RP with a plot, I'm still in :3 if it comes down to making a new IntChk thread then that's fine n_n
