Had to find it on forums to double check. Only first d6 and bonus crit.

For Sledge, pg. 72 of Ultimate Equipment:

This heavy, two-handed hammer is normally used in carpentry
and other construction tasks, and is also useful for driving in
tent stakes to help secure campsites in areas with strong winds.
If used in combat, treat it as an improvised earth breaker (see
page 27).

Ok here's the thing UnseenShade.

You have to take the Alchemists' Kit As is. You cant pick and choose what you do or dont want in it, other wise you'd just pick each item individually. So you can either take the entire kit as is, which includes the cost and weight of the torches, or you can just list every item individually and figure out the weight/cost of each item.

Do that, and your character is ready to go.

Im pretty sure my username is Violettesaphire and my screen name currently is Maddy Hart, but my screen name changes alot. :P Whatever works, I perfer when groups met over skype anyway. It works pretty well normally.
