Raph smiled, as his arms slipped around Jackie's waist. "Still it was a really close call on whether I would live or not but thankfully I fought through death and came back to you." He said slowly, as he kissed her behind the ear his breath against her neck.

Jackie's eyes widened when Raphael admits that he had been close to death's door. "Not many can claim to fight against death and win." She said tilting her head a little so he could reach more skin her hand running through his hair. "Thank goodness you did." She said tears stinging her eyes at the thought of his dying.

Raph nodded a little bit, slowly he kissed the skin of her neck he wouldn't rush himself they had the time for the moment. His other hand in Jackie's hair bot wanting to let her out of his sight or out of his arms for at least a long while before he will.

Jackie didn't want to move from Raph's arms, being completely content to just stay where she was for a very long time. And knowing she could have lost this, she clung even more to him bringing herself as close as clothes as barriers as she could. She plays with his hair letting her worries drain out of her as her thoughts went back to the news she got yesterday. She would share it, just not now. She was enjoying herself right then thank you.

Raph kissed up from her neck, to her jawline, to the corner of her mouth, then he set his lips firmly on top of hers. There was an intensity to the kiss that Raph never knew he had, it was an intense eager kiss only pausing to breath then set his lips on hers again.

Jackie was pleasantly surprised when Raph gave her an intense kiss, accepting and giving back. She took the chance to breathe when it was given to her before his lips once more came to hers. She loved him. So much it would have torn her heart to irreparable shreads had he died, pushing those thoughts aside as she stood there kissing him, still wearing the ring.

Raph broke the kiss, breathing hard. He knew if he had died he would have broke Jackie heart, and she would hurt for a very long time. Still he kept his arms around her, he wouldn't leave her for a very long time at least. No matter what was thrown his way, he would always come back to her.

Jackie was just out of breath enjoying being in Raph's arms smiling at him. "Welcome home and please don't worry me like that again." She asks of him touching his face needing to, to assure that he was alive.

Raph smiled, "I'll try not to Jackie I'll try not to but still there are no guarantees." He let go of Jackie sitting on the couch to let his bad leg rest from bearing his weight, still he wouldn't push himself to hard for a long while.

"You continue to sit there and rest. I'm suddenly in the mood for fried fish and custard." Jackie said softly going to find someone that could give her that, asking Henry to go get what she wanted for her. "And also Chamomile please, and sugar." She said also wanting a cup of tea.

Raph laughed a little, before laying down on the couch and closing his eyes and falling asleep as his exhaustion took him. His breathing was steady, while he was sleeping. He already knew Jackie never saw him sleep before for once it looked like he was unguarded and vulnerable as he slept.

Jackie came back to the living room to see Raphael sleeping stopping to take in the view a soft smile on her lips carefully moving through the living room to sit in a chair waiting patiently for what she asked for. She had a book close by and began to quietly read.
